MIKE IS A REAL CRAFTSMAN. HE PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHILE GETTING THE JOB DONE IN A VERY REASONABLE TIME, AND AT A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE, PRODUCING A VIRTUALLY FAULTLESS FINISHED JOB. IN ADDITION TO ALL THAT, HE IS ONE OF THE MOST HONEST AND RELIABLE FOLKS I HAVE EVER HIRED.
Description of Work: MIKE REMODELED A REALLY DISGUSTING 20+ YEAR OLD BATHROOM THAT SOME OTHER PEPOLE DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR. WORK INCLUDED REPLACING THE OLD WOOD SUBFLOOR AROUND THE TOILET, PREPARING THE ENTIRE SUBFLOOR WITH MATERIALS APPROPRIATE FOR PLACEMENT OF A NEW CERAMIC TILED FLOOR WHICH HE EXPERTLY INSTALLED, REPLACING THE TUB/SHOWER ENCLOSURE FROM THE STUDS OUT, INCLUDING NEW WALL TILE, COMPLETE REFINISHING OF THE REST OF THE WALLS, REPLACEMENT OF TOILET AND VANITY - AND SHOWER PLUMBING, WHICH A BIG LOCAL COMPANY HAD DONE A REALLY BAD JOB OF A FEW YEARS BACK - AND MORE.

MIKE DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB, ESPECIALLY WITH THE FLOOR, WHICH WAS QUITE DIFFICULT. HE WAS ON TIME, THOROUGH, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WAS VERY ACCESSIBLE, AND ALWAYS RETURNED CALLS PROMPTLY.
Description of Work: TORE OUT OLD KITCHEN CABINETS AND A SOFFIT, RAN A GAS LINE FOR A RANGE, PATCHED A HARDWOOD FLOOR, INSTALLED CERAMIC TILE BACKSPLASH, CREATED AN ENTRY TO THE DINING ROOM.
