He helped us identify what we wanted in a home and pointed out items we would have overlooked. Whenever we had a question, Joe was just an email, text, or phone call away with the answer and it was always a timely response. Go with Rath and you will be very happy with the fantastic service.

My experience with the The Rath Team was very positive and everything went smoothly from negotiations to close. When the financial company needed papers from The Rath Team, Joe submitted them promptly. When papers were needed from the seller's agent, Joe again made sure that the task was completed. It was a joy to work with such a professional, successful, and knowledgeable team. How lucky and blessed I was!

In short, working with Joe and The Rath Team was a pleasure and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We chose Joe as the selling agent after interviewing him and three other high performing local Realtors. From the start, Joe was professional, had great communication, and made it clear that he would do whatever it took to get our house sold. With Joe's assistance, within about one month we had four offers and sold our house at full asking price in a slow market. This was at least in part due to Joe's approach to marketing (including his background in photography and videography), which resulted in our house getting about twice as many views on sites such as Zillow (compared to other houses for sale in our subdivision). Joe provided fast responses to all our questions and inquiries along the way, including how to legally and optimally handle the situation of multiple offers. In addition, the closing process was relatively pain free, due to the expertise of the Rath Team. In summary, Joe and the Rath Team were excellent, hands-on, selling agents and I highly recommend them. I just wish we could use them in Michigan...

I really can't say enough good things about Joe! We contacted his office as we started our home buying process and we were randomly assigned Joe. We called on a Thursday and he worked quickly so we would be able to see houses that we wanted to see that very weekend. He really listened to us regarding our home wish list and worked diligently finding houses that matched our criteria. He was always friendly, courteous, and professional. When HE found us the house of our dreams, he worked all hours of the day and night trying to close the deal with difficult sellers. He was able to manage a VERY difficult seller's agent with ease. He kept us up-to-date every step of the way and was a pleasure to work with. Not only did he know a lot about realty and the home buying process, his technological knowledge for the field was also fantastic. We were able to do all of our offers online with him -- we didn't have to waste time or gas driving to his office -- and this really impressed me. With a busy schedule and family, this was a great service that he offered. (He also offered to come into the office in off-hours to accommodate our schedules, but I took advantage of the online programs he used.) He communicated quickly via email and text which really expedited the steps in the home-buying process. Joe offered advice when we needed it, but was never pushy about it. He never pressured us into liking a house that wasn't for us, and he worked tirelessly for months until we found the house we live in now. I was very satisfied with Joe Rath as our realtor and I recommend him to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed with him as a realtor.

Terrence has been wonderful. He has been supportive, understanding and always courteous. He has been flexible and tried to meet our needs. We have been searching for our 1st home since October and have seen too many homes to count. Terrence has done a ton of research for us and helped us weed out homes that will not meet our needs. He has made himself available at the last minute and been so helpful in all of this messy process.
