They did an excellent job hauling away the debris and thoroughly cleaned the lawn up, essentially leaving no evidence that any work had been done. Great job.

I contacted Neil Forni of Lawnman Yardcare and left a message and he called me back the same day. He also came out that same day and gave me an estimate to clean all of my flower beds, edge all of the beds, spread 7 yards of mulch and dispose of all debris. When my wife spoke up and asked if I was going to have him trim the holly bushes, Neil agreed to add that to the contract at no additional cost. Neil's initial estimate included the mutually agreed upon 8 yards. When I did the job myself last year I used 11 yards but I usually only mulch every other year. Since I did it last year I did not want the mulch spread as thick. Therefore we agreed on 8 yards for a total of $1018. When I got the bill it reflected the fact that he only used 7 yards of mulch and there was one hour of labor taken off for the additional yard that was not spread. Neil did not do the work himself but sent two young men who did an excellent job. The yard looks great. I appreciate Neil's honesty regarding the fact that he only used 7 yards of mulch. There are contractors who would have charged the amount of mulch agreed on regardless of how much was used and I would have never know the difference.

I could not be more positive about our interaction with Lawnman Yardcare. They are highly responsive, very professional, thorough and have always done an exceptional job at a very reasonable cost. I would highly, highly recommend them.

I have been a customer for 5 years or so and have never had a bad experience. I like the fact they show up when expected and do a good job. Neal responds well to requests and questions.I like the fact there are a number of employees - so not showing because your sick is not an issue. Well satisfied.

These guys started out reasonable but man all of a sudden the charges just kept piling up. There were weeks the grass did not need cut but yet they came. We do have a big yard but since August of 2012 until December we have paid this company 2121.33 and now just got a bill for the "final clean up of 414.84. The bill prior to that one was 770.41 and that was just for November. The kept coming every week and cleaning leaves as opposed to waiting until they all fell. There is NO WAY I would ever use this service again.

Called and they returned my call immediately, gave me a price. 2 guys came out and worked very quickly. They both worked for 2 hours and had the yard in great shape and put all the debris where asked. They were hardworking guys who did a very thorough job. I was looking for a new company as my old was unreliable in returning calls and/or showing up. I have found my new company...very pleased.

The experience was a complete A+ from the quote experience, Ken was courteous, attentive to detail, and gave a detailed and fair quote. The crew arrived exactly on time, performed work up to the excellent Angie ratings, going above and beyond in making sure that shrubs were trimmed to set property off to its best advantage, mulching cleanly (asking before hand if extra suggested mulching should be done to make sure all red colored mulch matched. The property was left in immaculate condition and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I will be sure to use them in the future and recommend them highly.

An amazing experience! Unlike many landscapers, Neil actually returns phone calls. He also did the work in a couple of days and showed up as promised. They also were hard-working and id everything for a great price.

Very professional. I really needed this help. It's hard to spend that much money at one go -- but I think the yard will be easy to maintain now that the heavy lifting is done.

The service and responsiveness of the company was outstanding, but I take issue with the price. When I called he said it was $40 for a lawn cut and $30/hr for leaf blowing. He maintains that he said "$30/manhour" but I didn't hear that because I would have asked for clarification. Honestly to remedy this issue he could just describe that it means $30/hr per guy which in my case means $60/hr and $90/hr for my parents' house. I felt like it was a bit misleading. Honestly I would never have even considered paying $500 for someone to leaf blow my grass, so I was pretty shocked when I got the bill... I called Neil for an explanation and he was sure that he would have said that it was manhour, but I insist that at best its a confusing way of stating it unless its explained further. Not to belabor the point, but in the 3 hours at each house they also cut the grass, which I paid $40 for- and yet I paid for 3 hours of leaf blowing. They weren't doing them simultaneously so I feel a little used on that point too. They were very nice guys, but I am very disappointed about the price.

Let me say that the amount of effort far exceeded the cost of the job! Neil and his team were determined to making that front yard/tree lawn grow, if it was the last thing he did this season! He reseeded countless times; even bringing in new topsoil at least twice that I can remember. Our stubborn front lawn refused to grow, and I must admit it was very disheartening. But Neil never gave up - with dogged determination and a lot of hard work, that grass finally grew in like the beautiful lush carpet we knew it could be. It may have taken several months, but we now have a lawn to be proud of. (Hope we haven't scared Neil off - we love him and hope he will continue helping us out with the many challenges we have encountered)!
