Mowed front and back yards of my home. Work was excellent. They picked up the yard waste and took it with them. Good attention to detail (e.g. they used a blower to remove the grass from sidewalk and driveway). Came weekly without prompting. The owner gave me an estimate and the charge was exactly what he quoted. I had intended to use them only for an extended vacation. They were so good that I kept them for the entire season.

He came right out and gave us an estimate. He was very punctual. He did very good work. I would highly recommend him and use him again. He had to tear out the roots for the huge bushes and he did an excellent job.

Neil and his staff did an excellent job on my yard -- they did everything from weeding, edging, mulching, hedge-trimming, they even pulled up weeds from the stone beds and laid new stone on a walkway. I hired someone else last summer, but Neil and his staff made the yard look better than I have ever seen it. I was a little surprised by the estimate, and haven't received the final invoice, but it was well worth the cost, everything looks beautiful. Neil was very responsive and took care of the job right away in time for a dinner party I was hosting.

The two gentlemen that arrived to do the work were extremely cordial and professional. The boss of the company told me he would charge me $35/man per hour. Clean up was great. I was happy with everything. I would definitely use them again.

The lawn man thought he had went above and beyond and say he was insulted by me. But he said he would take care of the job early in the year, but he did not. Lawn man took his time to contact me. Lawn care man returned entire amount of money but I still say it was an unpleasant experience.

It went great, and I am very satisfied with results from lawn treatments. The lawn looks great.

Ned was very conscientious, on time and did quality work.

I will call Neil every year. This was the first time I used his service but he came out quickly to give me a very competitive estimate, came quickly to do the work and did a wonderful job. As I mentioned, the assessment and quote didn't include re-building the bed where the cedars were but they did that anyway.

They are very professional. They charge by the hour and I have used them many times before.

Excellent. Would definitely hire them again. Did a fabulous job. Price was on par. They did what needed to be done and did it timely and well. Got back to me asap with a quote and did the work in about 3 days after that. Will hire them in the spring.

Neil did a fantastic job. The work was completed early, and they did a very thorough job. Neil has been back on numerous occasions to re-seed and take care of a few bad spots in the lawn. I would highly recommend this company!! Can't say enough good things.

I LOVE this company. I hired them to do much needed yard work at my mothers house for what was a very neglected yard. Not only did they go to the site to give me a quote the same day I called, but they started the work right away, did an amazing job far beyond my expectations and never exceeded the quoted amount. I not only highly recommend them, I will use them again. Even my mother loved them, and that's high praise coming from her! I hired them on the basis of the reviews they had received on Angie's List. It was the first time I used Angie's List and was delighted that the reviews were right on the money.

Neil did the job in 1.5 days and the price was amazing for the amount of work he did. He gave me the estimate and came to do the work within one week. The mulch looks perfect and the edging was really refreshing. I've noticed a positive improvement in the lawn although it isn't as green as I hoped. I re-hired Lawnman for my summer lawn mowing and fertilizing also.

Their detail work is terrible and they've cut off heads of my sprinklers. Even with plowing in the winter they don't finish up the jobs unless I tell them specifically.

He had some seed left over which he then distributed in a few other areas.

I contacted several vendors, all based on their Angie's List recommendations. I choose Neil based on his straight-forwardness and lack of *explicit*. The work was done on time and under budget. As requested, Neil contacted me each time his team worked on the yard. He let me know how many people worked and for how long, as well as his current status. This allowed both Neil and I to review where were versus the original estimate.

The price depends on how much work needs to be done. He is very nice and gracious. He fits us in to his schedule because he's close by. He is very accommodating. We've been using him for about three years.

When we finally discussed the work for which I was requesting an estimate, he was to call back during the next three days to firm up the time he would becoming out to do an estimate and he never called back and never showed up to complete an estimate.

Neil has been absolutely amazing. He has done all of this work over the last 6 weeks or so, starting with the clean up and trimming and so forth. Now he is providing us with lawn & weed maintenance on a weekly basis. He is very prompt in returning calls and will fit you into the schedule at a last minute request. He usually bring one other person with him and they work so incredibly fast. The finished product is very neat and clean beds. Neil is 100% into customer service and aims to please. He is very professional and accommodating. We would definitely use him again without question or hesitation.

We left a message requesting a quote. A response indicating no capacity/interest would have been good customer service. Not responding equates to NO customer service.

I'm glad I found Neil on Angie's List. He returns phone calls, keeps a good line of communication open, works hard and does what he promises. When he found he would not be able to make our scheduled appointment, he called me to let me know. So many contractors just show up late or don't show up at all. Neil was thoroughly professional, and I will use him again the next time I need lawn work done.

Neil did an absolutely excellent job....he listened to what was wanted and did it carefully and thoroughly....he is extremely careful about doing any damage to property and protected my stone front while removing the shrubs..he is prompt and is excellent in communication...he is a nice competent guy and I wouldn't have anyone else do this type of work at my home..I trust him.
