+ -1 moreOverall, I am very pleased with King James Homes. They are a custom builder. They did a great job working with me to get the floor plan I was looking for. While there were some hiccups during the building process, the company was very responsive to my questions and requests. I feel I received a good value because of the company's approach to upgrades and changes.
Description of Work: Construction of new 4 bedroom home in Stonebridge Creek subdivision in Avon, Ohio.
