Joni is knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She gave me lots of information and some very sound advice. She didn't charge me for any of her work on the comparable properties or for the time she spent with me at the rental house (more than an hour, including our talk afterwards). Overall, I was very favorably impressed. You can bet I'll call her when I decide to sell the rental house!

In a down market, I was concerned about selling my mother's home. I took a chance on Joni Heil based on a previous listing in the area. It was a wonderful experience. When I first called, she returned the call promptly and had done her homework. I was impressed from the beginning. She worked hard to get the house exposure and in less than 3 weeks, I had THREE different offers. In part, it is always the house and listing price; but a great deal of it had to do with Joni's knowledge of pricing and getting the house shown. She advertised and had an open house. She also helped by giving productive feedback from the agent's tour that allowed me to make some small changes that made a big difference. She knows the market; kept me informed at every turn; and worked VERY hard. I would recommend her highly.
