+ -1 moreVery good about seeking out new properties either before or just as they went on the market. Also the realtor was very plugged into the community and knew a lot of people to get housing information from. Anything we wanted to see they made arrangements.
Description of Work: Was very persistant in helping us find a home with all our requirements. The front end of the process was good. The closing was done by someone from the title company and we expected the realtor to be there to answer specific questions. Felt like we were left to fend for ourselves at the closing.

+ -1 moreThey are a big company and I knew some of their family members. I knew they were trustworthy people. They are very well known around here. All the agents seem to work together well. I'm happy with their work. They are doing everything they can. I have nothing bad to say about them. I think their price is comparable to that of the others because we had interviewed quite a few others. I would recommend them.

+ -1 moreWhen the house sold, Carole was cheerful and VERY patient with us, the relo company and the other agent. We'll always remember Carole with great fondness and gratitude.
Description of Work: Carole Thrasher, our realtor at Howard Hanna, was worth a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! We had already moved to Canada, and then Houston, when we decided to sell our house in Bay Village, Ohio. The house was rented out and dishevelled, the renter's daughter had had surgery and was convalescing in the living room, showings were difficult to arrange. Plus, Carole had to update and please a relocation company. When the house was finally empy Carole arranged for painting and repairs, and I suspect she did more cleaning than we know about!

+ -1 moreLisa was a great real estate agent. She listened to our needs and was always on our side in the negotiating process. She knew the area we were hoping to move to, and was great at picking out just the right features. She was so nice and friendly. We would recommend Lisa to anyone!
Description of Work: Lisa was our real estate agent when we were buying a house. We met her at an open house, having just moved to the area. She sent us listings via email, but was never pushy. When we were ready to start looking she had a lot of great suggestions and helped us narrow down where we wanted to live. She helped us come up with the offer and communicate with the sellers.
