Both employees which can to my home were courteous, punctual and encouraged my husband to see what they were doing. They made many trips to the truck and each time made sure that they would not track debris on my carpeted stairs to get to their work area. When the work was completed, they straightened up their work area and you couldn't tell they had been there. For the amount of work that was done pricing was very fair and would hire again.

Very Well. Everything completed within the hour time frame, only dimmer light switch was extra as discussed. Workers knew what they were doing and were very nice.

Repairman found the repair we thought was necessary just needed a switch changed. He was very helpful though did some other small jobs that needed done.

Bruce returned my phone call the same afternoon. We discussed the work I needed and the estimated cost of parts and labor. We set up an appointment for the work to be done. Unfortunately, due to a computer issue the appointment date was entered on his calendar for 9/24/17 instead of 8/24/17. As a result, no one arrived on 8/24/17 to do the work. I left a message for Bruce and he called me back when he returned to his office later in the day. He apologized and explained what happened. We scheduled an appointment for the following day, 8/25/17. Bruce's sons, Matt and Aaron, arrived shortly before the scheduled time and got right to work. The work took less than an hour and since I had taken advantage of Hare Electric's $95 special, there was time for them to address a couple of other things in my home. All in all, I am very pleased despite the computer glitch. Would definitely hire again.

The electricians who came to the house were friendly, professional and thorough. My only real complaint is the lack of responsiveness. Numerous emails to confirm the appointment went unanswered, requiring repeated follow up on my part to the point it felt borderline painful. Then, after service was completed it appeared Hare did not apply the $20 Angie's List coupon to the invoice. I reached out to Hare to ask about this -- no response. So, as much as I liked Bruce Hare and his staff, the lack of follow through would lead me to look elsewhere for electrical service in the future.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Bruce, the owner, was a pleasure to work with to get the estimate. All of the crew members that came to do the work were professional and super nice. They did a fantastic job minimizing damage on some of the more complex tasks - especially the 3 way switches. Really went above and beyond to minimize holes and the ones they did have to cut, they patched up to a rough finish. All I have to do is a little bit of spackling / painting and it will be all back to normal. Price was very reasonable. I will be hiring them again for work in the future and would recommend to anyone.

At first the scheduler and I kept playing phone tag. My calls were always politely returned. Once the job was scheduled, it went very well. Two people arrived at the home on time and ready to determine the problem. They checked the fuse box, along with an electrical panel that controls part of the home. They determined an incorrect fuse had been put into the fuse box. They replaced the incorrect fuse and the entire job was completed within 1 hour.
