Description of Work: They discovered a old outlet might have caused a circuit breaker to trip. They also discovered a switch improperly installed switch and wired it correctly.

I used the Big Deal offer of a service call and 1 hour of labor for $95 and couldn't be happier. Being a 66-year-old woman who live alone, there could have been many opportunities for some to try and "sell" me services I did not really need, but that never happened. I would not hesitate to call this company for any future needs - special deal or not!

Description of Work: Bruce came out the first time and found that some wires weren't properly terminated. Couldn't tell if this was the root of the problem, so Bruce said to call if the problem happens again. The problem did happen again and Bruce came out to troubleshoot. Both visits were counted towards the one cost of the Special Deal.

Description of Work: An outdoor socket on pole had snapped apart and a new weatherproof socket was needed on top of the pole Two people arrived to do the work. After 30 minutes of taking the old socket apart, they said I needed a new one and they had to go to the store to get it. I was surprised that a common outdoor outlet was not on their supply truck. I had used a prepaid deal for one hour's worth of work at a set price, but the project took longer than an hour and so I paid the difference. I was told that a receipt would be emailed to me but it never was. The outlet works fine.

Description of Work: They went through the electrical in the basement, attic and first and second floor of the house. They were very thorough.
