They came when they said they would be here. They took care of the job quickly and we have had absolutely no problems with the work. We would definitely hire them again.

They were very expensive. I did not use them. I would not hire them in the future.

Everything was fine. The work they did looks very professional to me. They didn't paint the backboard though. They were punctual and professional, I have no complaints about anything. I have nothing to compare their price to, but I would imagine it is in line with others. I would use them again.

He tends to be a bit pricey, but I am not sure what other electricians charge. I will probably continue to use him in the future.

My experience with them has been great. When I call I get a response back in a timely fashion. They set up a time to come out and look at what the work is. He usually emails me an estimate for the work and if I decide to go with it, they set a date. They are usually here on time when they say they will be here, but if they are delayed they will call. He and his helper clean up after the work is done. I very much appreciate his professional nature. If he runs into a job that might have additional costs, he will always let us know and he offers a couple of options for us. Depending on the project, I will continue to use them in the future.

It was good service. They did the whole thing in one day. Their work was good quality. They were professional and polite going in and out of our home. The owner when I called came out in the time frame that he said he would. They were ready to go and had everything that they needed.

Everything went very well. Bruce arrived with his son and they straightened out the wiring problem in the basement. They also reconnected the problem phone jacks. They were very efficient and professional and completed the work in about 2 hours. Bruce is very pleasant to work with, and he performed as he said he would (arrived on time, etc.). My only suggestion is that he responded more promptly to messages. When you leave a message on his office line, he probably won't call back until the next day (because he's out on jobs and picks up messages in the evening). Perhaps he can just update his greeting to explain this fact, or he can provide an "emergency" number.

VERY GOOD. THERE WERE SOME SCHEDULE DELAYS, BECAUSE THE HOUSE IS A STUDIO (NOT LIVED IN), THINGS WORKED OUT WELL.

This was pulled away from the house by wind. The electric company gave me an estimate of $980. Bruce did it for $185. He is certified, professional and does a great job.

Bruce had said that they would be there between 9 and 9:30, and they arrived promptly at that time. All of the guys were very friendly and willing to answer questions (re: the work being performed). I felt at ease with them right away, and they worked diligently to complete the tasks at hand. I told Bruce that I will recommend him to family and friends (without hesitation) because of the positive experience that I had with them, and the quality of their work.

Bruce and Ken are absolutely great. This is the second job they have done for me and I will only use HARE electric for my future jobs. They are polite, friendly, on time, professional, and respectful. Great Customer Service with a smile on their faces.

Bruce Hare, the owner, came out for the estimate. He did a good job and was very professional. He went home and typed up the estimate on the computer and then mailed it out to me. The only reason I didn't go with this company was because another company I previously used came out to do the work.

Bruce and his helper were completely professional. I received a call back from my initial inquiry the same day, scheduled a convenient time for a free estimate, and had a quote in my email the next morning. Hare always arrived on time, completed the work within the estimate's parameters and in a very professional manner. I can't say enough good things about this company. Hire them.

BRUCE AND KEN WERE FRIENDLY, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS QUICKLY AND SEEMED EXTREMELY COMPETENT AT THEIR PROFESSION. THE JOB WAS AN OLDER HOME JOB AND THEY COMPLETED IT WITH A MINIMAL AMOUNT OF CLEAN-UP AND REPAIR FOR US TO DO AS THEY WERE INSTALLING ELECTRICAL WIRING WHERE THERE HAD BEEN NONE BEFORE AND HAD TO GO INTO AND THROUGH THE CEILING IN SEVERAL PLACES. WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE, THEIR DESCRIPTION OF HOW THEY COULD ACCOMPLISH WHAT WE WANTED WAS THE LEAST INVASIVE AND IT REMAINED SO ONCE THEY WERE INTO THE JOB. WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED RESULT.

BRUCE WAS A TRUE PRO. WHEN HE CAME IN FOR THE ESTIMATE HE TOOK DIGITAL PICTURES OF ALL THE WORK TO BE DONE. HIS ESTIMATE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE THREE WE HAD. HE SHOWED UP WHEN PROMISED, EXPLAINED ANYTHING WE HAD QUESTIONS ON, DID VERY DELIBERATE WORK AND CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY. HE WAS FLEXIBLE WITH HIS SCHEDULE, (WE HAD A WATER LINE BREAK DURING THE JOB AND HE PUT OFF WORK UNTIL WE GOT THAT FIXED) AND ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE BY PHONE OR E-MAIL. HE AND HIS HELPER, KEN SEEMED TO HAVE GREAT KNOWLEDGE OF WORKING IN AN OLDER HOME, WITH AN ANSWER FOR EVERY DIFFICULTY THEY ENCOUNTERED. BRUCE WILL BE MY FIRST CALL ANYTIME AND MY FIRST REFERRAL TO ANYONE ELSE.

HE NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED BY HARE ELECTRIC. THEY RETURNED MY CALL WITHIN 24 HRS AND ARRIVED ON TIME TO PERFORM THE WORK. THEY EVEN CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY, WHICH MEANT I DID NOT HAVE TO TAKE TIME OFF FROM WORK. THEY FOUND AND REPAIRED THE PROBLEM WITHIN 1 HOUR.
