Showed up on time. Was courteous and professional. Repaired the problem immediately. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Hung two new chandeliers, one was on 8 feet of new chain which required new wire also. supplied and installed a new lamp post photo eye. Cleaned up some wiring on a chandelier that we hung.

Very late for appointment. Guys were professional and nice.

They were prompt in arriving. They removed the fixture and then said that they had to go to Home Depot to get the parts. Most electricians have parts with them. When they returned I asked for a copy of the receipt from Home Depot so that I could write a check for parts. Labor was already paid for through Angie's List. Their response was "You do not want to see the receipt because I had to pick up other items also." They quoted me $54.00 and I never did see the purchase prices. They also failed to leave me any kind of receipt for the service.

Bruce Hare always does quality work at a reasonable price. He is responsive, timely, congenial and good at what he does.

It was great! Bruce scheduled our work on very short notice and suggested a better idea to the one we had in mind. He even discovered a switch, which was not connected to anything, but is now connected to our exterior outlet. He is very knowledgeable. The next time we need en electrician we will use him again and would recommend him to other Angie's list users.

It was fine. They came out fairly soon after I purchased the deal. I was satisfied with the way they handled it.

Very efficient. I will need them in the future.

I bought a "big deal" because I had a few minor electrical issues. When the workers arrived, they were competent and pleasant. It was a little hard to schedule the work. I said I preferred afternoon but they would only offer morning time slots. Then when we agreed on a date and time they did not arrive because the scheduler had written the wrong week on their schedule. The error was theirs: the email trail showed the correct date. They were duly apologetic but I was not happy to have to wait for them twice.

Bruce was professional and timely when providing estimates and scheduling the work to be done. He told us that he would perform the work with his crew and that it would not be sub-contracted out. We were very adamant about a permit being acquired and the city inspecting the work. However, the permit wasn't acquired until midway through the job. The quality of the work met our expectations. When the majority of the work was done, Bruce and his crew moved on to another job. Several months passed before we posted on Angie's list. There were several things left unfinished at the end of the job, to include junction boxes not being properly covered, a temporary fix for the recessed lights not completed, a light switch to turn on the basement's recessed lights at the top of the basement stairs was never installed, and the city inspection never completed. We had attempted to reach Bruce but did not receive a timely response. UPDATE- JANUARY 2014 Bruce was responsive to our Angie's list post and contacted us by e-mail within 48 hours of our post. He was eager to finish the job and make sure that we were satisfied. We have since had the job and a successful city inspection completed. We are happy that Bruce showed concern and finished the job in a timely manner. Thank you, Bruce, for what you did for us at the end of the job.

He came in and fixed a bedroom lighting system. I liked them. They did a good job. They were punctual, friendly, and professional.

It turned out good. They were prompt. They were excellent. When the people came out there, there were some issues they couldn't resolve and the owner of the company came out and fixed it. If I weren't moving, I would use them again.

Not much I can say other hen he done an excellent job.

Went well. Apprentices did most of the work with oversight from a supervisor.

Showed up as we were told. Went right to work, very polite. The socket/light combo was a mess, they figured it out and fixed it well! We'd call 'em again.

He arrived with two employees that had a combined three days experience, although he did all the work and they did the grunt work (digging trench, temporarily removing hostas, cleanup). When he arrived he needed to be reminded of what service he was providing. Work was performed as we discussed except for location of exterior garage outlet, which was higher than I had requested.

I communicated my problem to Hare Electric via e-mail and he was prompt in responding. However, since the problem was occurring intermittently, it was not opportune for him to schedule an appointment to investigate until the problem (electric outage) was persistent. In the meantime, since the problem occurred off and on, I was able to investigate on my own and believe that I determined a probable cause in the electrical system and performed a replacement of the part. I communicated with Bruce Hare on my process and he agreed that I took some of the right steps to resolve the issue. I appreciated his honest feedback and suggestions and would use his services in the future on other electrical issues if they occur (or in cases where a certified electrical professional would be required).

The job involved coordinating the shut-off of power by Cleveland Illuminating Co., replacing the old meter box in a way that would avoid problems with the feed cable sinking further in the ground, timely inspection by the city inspector, and getting the power turned back on. Hare Electric was very professional in coming up with a solution and coordinating with the parties so that disruption to our service was minimal. Did a great job.

It went okay. They came a week early, though. They made a mistake on the schedule but he got the work done anyway. It wasn't the date that I wanted him to be here. I was satisfied with their service. They added a part. I paid $95 for the coupon and it was $19 on top of that. I would use them in the future.

Showed up on time and finished the job quickly and professionally. Would certainly hire again. Got an appointment scheduled quickly, while others had a significant wait.

They were very responsive and prompt (even early). It turned out they could not do everything I wanted without additional cost but they were very upfront about it and very clear. I would happily use Hare Electric again.

Hare Electric was fine. I thought they were poorly priced but they did a good job. It was overly expensive but they were very confident.

It was a great experience...the gentlemen that came out fixed all the issues quickly, quietly, and professionally. They even filled a small hole in the concrete wall downstairs (not a part of the "electrical", but they were happy to anyway). I can not recommend them highly enough. A great experience. Also, VERY HONEST....initially thought I owed a bit more for the extra time spent, but the owner called the installers and had them return my check...said he recalculated and realized I did not owe them any extra. THANKS !!

Bruce and another electrician arrived when they said they would, checked to see that the circuit breaker box was in order and adequate for the house, looked at the fixtures and switches throughout the house, and made recommendations for things that needed attention. I subsequently hired them to extend electrical service from the house to the garage. That job went very well and I am pleased with that work.
