Got to us very quickly. Very polite and reasonably priced.

I have used once before for some small projects and thought they were very friendly and professional, so called them back for this job. Very easy to schedule and they were very punctual again.

The electricians were on time. They were pleasant and worked very diligently. They did a great job, will definitely use them again!

Bruce was timely and responsive in his communications and flexible in scheduling.

We had two breakers that were repeatedly tripping for no apparent reason. We wanted someone to confirm that there was not an unapparent reason, such as a short inside the wall, and replace the breakers if it was safe. Their technician checked the lines, found no problems, and replaced the breakers with a less sensitive brand. We have had no problems since.

The owner of the company, Bruce came. He was a very nice man and although there was some problems with the outside light, he fixed it so it was up to code and could function well. He also helped with inside ceiling fixtures which I needed to replace. This is a beautiful old house; sadly, many of the old fixtures had been replaced by 70's lighting. Bruce and later his staff came and helped with removing and adding new lighting that reflects the original beauty of the home. Everyone was nice and this was right before Christmas and arriving house guests. They got the job done in time.

The price was a little too high. The experience was okay the man was very friendly.

Bruce responded promptly and it was easy to set up a time. He sent Gary & Luke to our house and they did an excellent job rerouting and fixing the old wiring problems. It was a pleasure to work with Bruce's team and it looks so much better now!

The crew arrived as scheduled and quickly began work on the jobs of changing the front porch light above the door and changing the foyer chandelier. The work was completed in one hour as promised. The crew cleaned up upon completion of the jobs. Owner Bruce Hare and all of the crew members were professional and pleasant. I would hire Hare Electric if needed in the future.

Went very well. Fortunately for me, three very nice, polite young men arrived at exactly the scheduled time to install a ceiling fan, because they were heading to a larger job right after mine. They finished in a little less than an hour, so I didn't owe any additional balance for the work. My husband had already removed the old ceiling fan, so they were able to get right to it when they arrived. They did an excellent job, they were neat and very pleasant, and I would definitely use the company again.

Two men came to my house on 2/11/15. i hired them for four tasks, of which one was completed 1) to demonstrate to me how to change a light bulb in a living room fixture, which they did. 2) to fix or replace a flaky light/dimmer switch in a bathroom. They did not recognize the model, took pictures and were supposed to get back to me and never did. the switch is still broken. 3) to tighten and fix a clanky ceiling fan in my family room. they said they didn't know how to take it apart and would possibly break it completely and wouldn't guarantee the work. then they recommended that i replace it instead. 4) to run a stereo wire from the basement to the living room to connect an ipod to our whole house speaker system. they said they didn't have time that day but would come back when they found the bathroom switch and could do both at the same time. in the course of analyizing the speaker wire project, they discovered a dead electric wall plate and reconnected a loose wire, which was not planned but still appreciated. They have not contacted me about the bathroom switch or to let me know when they could come back for the speaker wire. they were at my house for about an hour (two men) and much of the time i caught the one man just walking and looking around my home on the main floor because he had nothing to do. they were supposed to email me an invoice that same day for the check i wrote and they never did. i havent heard from them since 2/11. Today is 3/31. so basically i paid $126 to have a lightbulb changed.

Bruce Hare was terrific ! He was available within a short period of time, arrived when he said he would and was thoroughly professional. He examined our electrical equipment, gave us his opinion of it and explained why he reached the conclusions he did. He explained everything clearly and knowledgeably. He also answered questions about a light fixture and a switch. We all determined that no work needed to be done at the time, but I would absolutely have used Bruce/Hare Electric to do the work if it was necessary. And if we ever need electrical work done in the future, we absolutely will use Bruce/Hare Electric. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

They did a great job, everything was clean and organized. Workers were professional. Not the fastest at returning email or phone calls, but that would not stop us from hiring them again!

It was fine. The big deal price was $95. They ended up coming another time. I paid more for that. When they first came out, they didn’t fix it. All they did was say that it was broken. We actually went back and forth. They ended up sending someone out. They said that they subtracted off the time that was left from the big deal when they actually came out. I think it was fair. There was some time lag there; maybe four weeks. When I called again, they eventually came out. I paid $180 on top of the $95. In the first place, I wanted them to replace a light fixture. In the first place, they said that it wouldn’t work because I had to get the wiring done from someplace else. Then they left. I think they had only stayed for half an hour. They said that they would call me back to do a job, but they didn’t. I called and I asked them to come out. They acted like they were going to charge me totally for a new job. They came out the first time and stayed for maybe 20-30 minutes and said that they couldn’t just replace the light fixture because there was another issue with the neutral wire. They said that they hoped that they could come back later and do that. Four weeks went by. I called them and they said that they would send someone out. They eventually set up a new time to come. They didn’t come for such a long time that I ended up calling Angie's List. They intervened and called them. Then they got back in touch with me. I had this conversation about the pay scale. I asked them if I got something for the big deal because they didn’t do anything. I think Angie's List also intervened with that. When they actually came out, they subtracted the time they would have spent for the big deal. I'm not sure I would recommend them. I'm not sure I would go to them again because there was all this runaround. I would probably start with another one.

Very quick, professional response and appointment. Also quoted a price for grounding indoor out,eats. Very reasonable. Cleaned up worksite well. The only problem is that the light is aimed poorly so is only triggered when very close.

It turned out fine. It was good. There was an additional of $95. They seemed to be pretty competent and that's what I wanted. They were also timely.

It was fine. There were no problems. I had some ceiling fans that weren’t working properly and they fixed the wiring in one and a broken bulb in the other.

I purchased the $95.00 service call and hour of labor from Hare electric. Bruce of Hare electric got in touch with me within the time-frame stated in the purchase, and discussed scheduling and the problem I was having. Bruce worked with me on a day when the work could be done, and on that day his 2 electricians Brian and John showed up, on time and promptly went to work. Both were courteous and professional, finding the problem and fixing it within a half hour. Brian took the time to explain things related to the problem to me while John worked another area of my home, and from start to finish everything went great. I would certainly use Hare electric in the future. Thanks guys!

I bought an AL deal, and it totally would have been worth it if I hadn't messed up. The breaker was old and I couldn't work it; it took them a couple tries but they got it to work and magically the outlets worked then too. Bought the wrong range hood so they couldn't install it, but they tried! They removed the old hood, and did a great job of mopping up the mess from taking it down. (Seriously, you wouldn't have known 40 years of filth had rained down when they took it off by the time they finished shop vaccing it up.) So it was kind of a bust, but it was my own fault. The team that was sent were very polite and very professional and I would gladly use them again.

The work turned out very well. They did exactly what we wanted them to do. They performed as expected. They were friendly guys, showed up on time and did a good job.

I was very pleased with his work. He was very honest I was prepared to pay for a new panel and he said we did not need one. Will be using him for future repairs.
