Description of Work: I use Hare Electric inc for electrical services. We had a basement electrical light that is operated by a switch at the top of of the steps on the first floor and it wouldn't come on any more so they evidently changed the wall switch and they even put in a better fixture just so the old beat up geo basement with you know a few lights and it had old fashion light fixture and for a tiny bit of money that's probably the parts they recommended and putting a more modern one which was a good thing to do. There were two people came out which I remembered when he said one hour or I assume one hour one person but we had like two people for the price of one. So based on that anymore electrical work I'm gonna call them.

Never followed through on the full job. The outcome was I paid for a job estimate. I also requested a quote to install new electric service/panel in a garage at another property. I was given an estimate but no one ever followed up to schedule.

Repairman replaced a worn part, that was the source of a small, slow leak. The manager approved giving me a lower cost for the part. Total time was two hours, including a trip to pick up the part.

 + -1 moreThe tech came out and said he got the three way working again, but the switches still only work if one is on. He was able to get the dead circuit working, however it no longer working again. He said there was a loose wire. Told us he needed to order a part for the under cabinet lighting, but it's been well more than a month and we haven't heard back. This was all after having to call them after buying an Angie's List special and attempting to schedule through Angie's List. They said Angie's List changed the way contractors were notified and they didn't know we requested service.
Description of Work: We had a threw way switch that stopped acting like a three way, a circuit stop working altogether and an under cabinet light not working.

 + 1 moreFirst round of work went very well. The contractors were prompt and went through our list smoothly. In fact, they came back a couple days later when we had an A/C issue to take a quick look which was very generous. The second round of work didn't go as smoothly. Had to reschedule a bit and one of our speakers was not anchored correctly, in fact some minor wall damage. They came back to fix it and we are monitoring. Further we wanted to hang a couple speakers in our basement but they said it couldn't be done very easily and needed more time to consider. We recommend and will use again but they went from an A+ to an A- so to speak this past round in our humble opinion.
Description of Work: Used twice for general electrical work. 220 line for future hot tub, several 110 drops, ceiling fan rough in and install, pull speaker wire, etc.
