Fabulous ! Aus Hadi was punctual, called ahead of arrival, and was a very pleasant gentleman to do the work. He was very knowledgeable, had the needed parts on his vehicle and tackled the problem quickly and efficiently. Definitely call him for ANY appliance repair you need!

I called close to the end of the day and was readily answered with an appointment for the following afternoon. He also followed up with a text to confirm the address and time. Received another text and call the next day when he was confirming the appointment time and was 10 minutes away. Wore shoe coverings, gloves, and mask. Very professional and courteous. Brought a full bag of tools and supplies for diagnostics. Thorough evaluation. Guarantees the visit and parts for 30 days. Cleans up. Very appreciative. Would highly recommend!

It went great, he called and said he'd be here at a certain time and he was and then he went right to work, had the part that was needed and replaced it quickly and we were back up and running again. Very polite and efficient.

Awesome. I highly recommend Aus. He showed up within 24 hours and fixed our dishwasher within an hour. He’s also fixed our washing machine which was flooding our bathroom. His prices are fair and his work is excellent.
