Carpet was installed and all the seams were showing terribly in all the doorways a couple in the hallway one room even had 3 seams. I questioned this and was told they all had to settle down it would take a week or two give it some time and call if there was a problem. Long story short. This is December that was April some carpet was replaced now it doesn't match some seams were attempted to be fixed but were in such bad shape couldn't happen so then we were told our carpet would be replaced and we are still waiting. We were Also told by 3 other installers what a horrible job the installation was 2 by the owners guys and one by one other independent. We had to hire someone else to pull up and replace our stairways they were so uneven and puckered. Bottom line hire at your own risk Terry is not a man of his word and installers not so sureI would rely on Terry's judgement he might send the guy he sent to my house even though he says he fired him

The owner of the business, Terry, met me at the home my family & I are preparing to sell. He understood our personal situation after a fejw minutes of conversation, and was quick to measure, quote, and set up an installation date. The installer, Andrew, worked alone, removed furniture from room, installed carpet, and replaced furniture, all completed within 2 hours. Both Terry and Andrew are professional, courteous, and understanding. I support small businesses as much as I can, and I am not disappointed about the great job this small, local business provides.

We pulled up old carpet in our master bedroom with the intent that we would just use the hardwood floors. However, the floors were too damaged to use?thus, we wanted to get some inexpensive carpet installed. The pricing at Floors 2 U fit our budget and the salesperson was pleasant. We we told it would be installed on a certain date. When the date came and went, we called the store and an installation was scheduled for the following Monday. When my wife called to inquire about the exact time the installation would take place, we were informed that we were not on the schedule that day. My wife informed them that she took the day off work for the installation. At this point, they fit us in the schedule. However, the installers arrived 2.5 hours later than the quoted time. They were very unprofessional. They left the front door wide open (we have pets that luckily did not escape). We are in the midst of several projects and one of the workers used the toilet in a bathroom that is under renovation that was not even connected to the plumbing system. In moving some furniture, they broke one of our floor lamps and pieces of glass were all over our new carpet. They complained about the job the entire time also. But the worst part is that their blatant unprofessionalism made my wife uncomfortable to be in the house alone with them. I would never use them again.
