FINAL HOME IMPROVEMENT

Tony returned my call the same day. Since his company was very busy, he set up a time for the job on his day off. However, in the interim, a neighbor offered to do the repair. I called Tony and he was very professional when I told him I wouldn't need his services. I will probably need to replace the roof next summer, and I will certainly give him a call.

The reason why I joined Angie's List is because I felt this contractor deserved to be on here. There was nothing that he didn't do. He came back after the job was completed to make sure that the clean up was done exactly as he had stated in the estimate. I had paid a separate person for tree service (cutting down and removal) and they didn't remove the tree! At no additional cost Final Home Improvement took care of the clean up. They completed the two day job as stated in the estimate. They were on time, the owner Tony Dimassa was there throughout the job with crew, and he was the one who personally took care of the tree removal and ceiling repair two weeks later. I feel that it is a testament to his honesty that he was true to his word and came back to finish the ceiling after he had been paid in full. I don't have words to describe the good feeling it gives me to know that this type of honest small business is still out there.
