 + -1 moreII have had Dale Partlo help me for several years. He was referred to me by area landscapers who know how good he is at his job. The homeowner needs to be at home to make sure the water is turned on or off inside the house depending on the season. Dale does all the rest and will advise if anything needs to be done. He is a true professional and knows his gardening. He is a pleasure to work with. If I were installing a new system, I would go to Dale first.
Description of Work: Dale takes care of my underground water sprinkling system. Key to the operation is blowing out all the water in the pipes and the heads each fall before freezing. Dale has all the equipment to turn everything off in the system and make certain that no freezing occurs. He also has repaired and replaced parts that were not working.

 + -1 moreThe installation went fine. The ongoing service needs are not being addressed, though. It is very poor, in fact, and I consider that to be very important. They are impossible to reach by phone and they don't return my calls. They have a fax number listed, but I don't fax. A service provider who installs a system should provide service!
