Description of Work: All I can say is WOW! Zoltan’s team was phenomenal! We just purchased a home that has hardwood flooring in almost every room, the floors were in rough shape. We hired Zoltan and his team and they did an amazing job. Our house looks like a whole new home. The floors look perfect. They worked fast, but very efficient. I would 100% hire them again.. and you should too!

Description of Work: I scheduled an estimate with this company last summer and was originally scheduled to start work on finishing and staining my hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms in the Fall. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule and then ultimately cancel due to personal circumstances. I met with and always spoke with Zoltan Onadi regarding the process and etc and found him to be one of the most professional and endearing individuals I've ever met. I knew instantly upon meeting him that I would not trust this process to anyone other than him and his company. He has a tremendous heart and a kind spirit and I can tell he has a passion and commitment to doing the best job he can for his clients. Although I was devastated that we could not proceed with the process, I know that I will never go to anyone else to work on my hardwood floors and I look forward to booking him and his company as soon as I am able.

Description of Work: Cleveland Hardwood installed hardwood floor in the master bedroom. They were right on time and were very professional. They were a little pricey. They left the boxes that the wood came in at the property and I had to dispose of them. There was also sawdust all over the porch that I had to clean up. Certain planks in the floor are not level with surrounding planks. There are a couple of places where the end of the shoe molding is not stained. All in all the floor is beautiful. The planks are different colors and the design came out really nice.

+ 0 moreZoltan and John did a great job overall. The floors are beautiful. They made the whole process as easy as possible considering my entire house was being done. They always showed up on time and kept me informed on the process. Very little clean-up was required once they finished. My only disappointment was that some of the polyurethane dripped onto the woodwork on the stairs which means I will probably need to do some painting. All things considered I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They refinished the floors in my living room, dining room, stairs, upstairs hallway and three bedrooms plus the foyer and six closets.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job on our floors and phoned us daily with progress reports. Very courteous and friendly; they even brought in our mail and newspapers, and fed the goldfish! The sanding included hard-to-get-to areas beneath old radiators, but they did a super job. The floors look great and the cost was definitely worth it. Highly recommended!
Description of Work: Zoltan and John provided a free estimate and we were able to schedule the work to be done when we were traveling for several days (including Thanksgiving). They sanded badly-worn floors in four rooms, plus stairs and closets, and stained/sealed them. After sanding, they stained one-foot square samples of several different finishes so we could better decide what color to go with.

They were able to shift jobs around to provide an estimate on Monday, start on Tuesday morning and were finished by Friday. Zoltan called me at the end of every day to provide a status report. They finished on time and on budget. The floors look beautiful and perfectly match the hallway. They left our home in the same condition that they found it. I could not have asked for more.
Description of Work: Three bedrooms with closets were refinished to match an already finished hallway. The approximate square footage of the job was 750 square feet.

They were very professional, they arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves every night before they left and gave us a great price! They also have great personalities (very easy to get along with). There was no deposit before they started the job, and we didn't have to pay until we were 100% satisfied. These guys were AWESOME. We highly recommend them!!! Our floor looks brand new. We couldn't be happier!!! + -1 moreWhen I first met with Zolton, we were in a bind because the first Co. we were planning on hiring wanted cash up front. We had only 2 wks. before we were moving back into our house. Zolton was terrific! He said they would do whatever it took to get the job done and that is EXACTLY what they did! The showed up at 7 AM and left at 7 PM every night including the weekend. Zolton communicated with me daily providing progress updates. They were professional, very, very nice and did a fantastic job! They did not miss a detail! They had finished and one of the other contractors opened windows which caused the dining room to ever so slightly bubble. Zolton pointed this out and rebuffed this area and added a fresh coat of finish. They did not ask for money upfront and asked for payment only when they were 100% finished. These guys were great and best of all, there prices were half the cost of the other estimates we received. Without a doubt one of the best contractors we have worked with!
Description of Work: Refinished all the hardwood floors in our home including stairs and landings. Our home was built in 1915 and we believe they were never refinished prior, as they were in very bad shape!
