For half the price of nearest competitor, these guys arrived when promised, and were done in 4 days. We cleared out all the drawers and cabinets and all the light furniture. They took out all the heavy furniture and brought it back in. They were so nice and polite and worked with us throughout the process, Our original hardwood floors look beautiful and we wish we had done this years ago. We highly recommend Zoltan and his crew.

Cleveland Hardwood Flooring LLC deserves an A+ rating. My husband and I are looking to put our house on the market, so we need things done quickly. I called Zoltan at 7:00 am on a Wednesday, and he came to my house to give me an estimate a couple hours later. His crew started work on Thursday and they finished on Friday! This was a case of “right place, right time”, as the crew happened to be finishing a job in my suburb at the time I called; however, the fact that they were able to complete the job so quickly is amazing! And the quality is absolutely stunning. Their craftsmanship is flawless. My Realtor was even impressed with the quality and the short amount of time to completion, so he asked for their business card. In addition, Zoltan kept in contact with me the entire time via phone calls and text, which was a huge help. I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be hiring them again when the need arises! Thank you for all your help!

I have done multiple home improvement projects over the last 20 years but this was the best experience i've had. If I could give a grade higher than an A I would because this experience was uniquely spectacular. I had less than a week turnaround to complete this last-minute project and this company was here for me. They made room in their schedule to help me complete the on time. The person who did the work was very professional and concerned with doing great work. He did little things like cut the carpet into small enough pieces for the garbage to collect. The floor looks beautiful. This is the first company I'll call if I ever need service again.

We were extremely happy with the work that was done by Zoltan and his crew. They were friendly, polite, punctual, responsive, considerate, and highly skilled at what they were doing. The floors had pet stains and scratches and were dull and dirty and now they are absolutely gorgeous again! We will most definitely use them again when we are ready to do the 2nd floor of the house.

Everything went very well. The owner was very prompt in contacting me whereas others took days to do so. They were flexible in working with the challenges of refinishing bedrooms (so we didn't have to find alternate accomodations). They arrived on time every morning and focused on getting the job done. They were polite & courteous and very responsive to questions. And most importantly the floors look amazing. Very happy.

This was a big job, and Zoltan and his team really delivered! There was a minor thing - just a tiny bubble in the poly that we found after we were able to walk on the floors again - and we contacted Zoltan who came out promptly to remedy it with his touch up kit, without any additional cost. We appreciate him coming out and taking care of this so quickly :) The floors are beautiful - we are really pleased with the work and will definitely keep Zoltan in mind for any future projects, and will happily refer him to friends and family.

Zoltan and his crew are simply amazing. I preface this review by disclosing that this is the second time we have used Zoltan and team for the installation and refinishing of hardwood in our home. We were so impressed with his work at our old home in 2014 that we asked him to come back and provide an estimate for a similar project at our new home. Zoltan is extremely communicative throughout the process and sends pictures with each step of completion. The quality of the work is impeccable; there was virtually no waste in the installation of our hickory flooring and the stair refinishing/staining was nearly identical to the new flooring being installed.(although the stairs are oak, so you expect the grain to look somewhat different). The demo job was no easy task and we needed to have an additional layer of wood installed on top of the subfloor before the new flooring could be installed (the previous homeowners had a bad tile job done). We continue to be extremely impressed with Zoltan and the work his team does. They are punctual, professional, and clean up at the end of each day. While we don't anticipate we will keep buying and refinishing new homes (!), we will most definitely refer friends and family to Zoltan and Cleveland Hardwood Flooring for anyone looking to have floors refinished or installed. There were two men, Tomas and a helper. Both were extremely professional, arrived on time, worked hard to get the job done, and finished the job earlier than I thought! I was very impressed with their work and cannot wait until the stain dries to enjoy my new floors!!!

It was one of the best experiences I've ever had with having work done on my house. I went with this company because they offered a great price and because Zoltan was an extremely likeable and trustworthy person. When he came to give the quote his personality was very outgoing and we spent as much time talking about kids as we did our floor. When it came to the work he told me he'd be there in the start date at 7:30 am and that is exactly when he and his co worker arrived each of the 3 days they were there. He did everything exactly as he said he would and sent me pictures with updates each day when he left. The floors were sanded and then stained and look amazing! My wife and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Anytime I had a question after they were gone for the day or needed something he always replied to my texts in a timely manner. Dealing with contractors can often be full of headaches and wondering if you are getting ripped off. I can promise you that if you work with Cleveland Flooring and Zoltan you will NOT feel that way. We got excellent work done at a good price done by someone we really liked and trusted who was punctual and efficient.

After taking up our old carpeting we discovered that our house had hardwood floors. Unfortunately the previous owners had spattered paint all over them and we were sure we would have to re-carpet but gave Cleveland Hardwood Floor a call to see if they could refinish the floors. The owner Zolton came out and reassured us that he would make it look beautiful. We gave him the go ahead. Zolton & John got right to work After the floors were sanded, he gave us different stains to pick from. We made our choice and now our floors look beautiful, just as he promised. Zoltan and his crew are polite, professional, work a clean job, and accommodated us above and beyond. We had several estimates, and his was well within the norm for our livingroom and dining room. We had a grand piano in the livingroom and they saved us about $500 in piano moving charges by helping move the piano into the dining room until the living room was done and dry. We moved it back into the living room and they will return in a couple of weeks later to do the dining room, all within the original price they quoted for the job! I had heard tales about how horrible the dust was from having floors refinished. The containment system in the ad must really work, because the dust was nothing to be concerned about. Ordinary vacuuming and dusting was all that was necessary after they finished. We recommend this company very highly. Our impression is that they take a lot of pride in their service, and genuinely consider every job important.
