They did a good job. We had no issues with them. We were reasonably pleased with the service. I remember there was a few places on the floor and stuff that needed to be scrubbed opposed to just gone over with away and they didn't do that. But, beside that, they were pretty good.

1. Initial meeting was great. Sherry arrived punctually, reviewed home, and recommended initial deep cleaning ($300) followed by regular cleanings ($125). Willing to use pet-friendly and wood-floor-friendly cleaners. Set up time for initial deep cleaning. 2. 4/15/2012: Sherry arrived punctually with new assistant (trainee) who seemed very unmotivated and uninterested. Sherry worked hard in spite of very little help from assistant. However, overall work done didn't seem very deep or detailed. Set up time for next regular cleaning anyway. 3. 5/10/2012: Arrived just a few minutes late with daughter. Both worked hard and non-stop for almost 4 hours. Cleaned *really* well. Excellent work, very impressed! Set up time for next cleaning. 4. 6/2/2012: No-show. Tried contacting Sherry via email and phone, but got no response to either. Hope everything's ok.

The experience has gone well overall. She does a good job and charges a flat fee.

After hiring Sherry to clean a rental unit that a tenant moved out of and left in shambles, My wife and I were so impressed by her hard work, showed by the result of the rental unit, we decided to hire her to clean our home. She came to our home and after showing her around and explaining what we needed done, she gave us a free estimate and set up a date and time right away for our appointment. This is by far money well spent!

My wife and I own rental property, recently we had a house vacated by the tenant and much to my dismay the property was for lack of a better word, TRASHED! There was broken down furniture, clothing, and garbage left behind by this tenant. After meeting with Sherry we decided to hire her to take care of our property and get it up to standard so that it could be rented out. I have never been so impressed, She went above and beyond getting our property in order. After the 12 hours she spent in our place I came in to inspect it and could not have been more pleased. The house was sparkling and smelling fresh! We were so impressed that we have hired her to clean All of our rental units, as tenants move out and Also to clean our own home! This is the best decision I have ever made, we are so truly grateful to have someone so hard working in our employ! A++ exceptional Service and Attitude!

I have a rental property in Jamestown, that was vacated by the tenant and this tenant left behind mountains of Junk, Garbage and miscellaneous items. I hired Sherry from Soft Touches Cleaning Service to clean out the unit and prepare it for renting. I have never been so impressed. Every detail was covered, not only did the job get done on time but it was exceptional. I am so pleased with the outcome of this property that my wife and I have hired her to clean not only our rentals to get them up to standard but also to clean our home on a weekly basis. I have not been able to get to my house work. I have not been feeling well and with all the doctors appointments, I just couldn't keep up. I saw this company listed on Craigslist called and I couldn't be happier. Sherry came out gave me an estimate, scheduled my cleaning day and time and I will never let her go.
