Mike told me what time he would arrive. Called reaffirm the time and arrived on time. Checked the problem. Repaired the problem and soon was on his way. So nice!!

Mike is a great guy. Prompt to call and right on time as he said he would be. He fixed our toilet within an hour of arriving. Professional and he even cleaned up after himself! What a great experience....will definitiely use him again!!
