+ -1 moreOur AC unit outside had ice on it I saw it when I was mowing . I checked out inside house to find the blower was not working. I called Gifts Heating Harold came in about 1 1/2 hours to check it out found bad control board he by- passed the board for the blower so we would have AC until he could order the part . The new part came in he called showed up and to his dismay the part was wrong he took down the model # and serial # the first trip he rechecked to be sure he had the right #s and he did so he reordered the part it came in correct . Installed and all is well. Harold charged us ONE service trip and labor for the three trips he made. Fair and honest !!!!
Description of Work: Replaced control board in our furnace checked charge on AC and added Freon.
