 + -1 moreRay provided all the parts and supplies. I really like the faucet he chose. The job was done in much less time than I expected with no mess. This is the second job he has done for me and I am quite pleased with both of them and the costs were surprisingly low. His information is in my phone in case I need more help in the future.
Description of Work: Replace faucet and drain on kitchen sink.

 + -1 moreI've had great service from Payne's. Both time it was Rod who came out. He is courteous. He explains what he is doing. He gives you your options and the costs. The second time I went out of my way to find them. I had misplaced the receipt from the first service and couldn't find the name. Luckily I remembered their location. Both times the fixed the problem right away, even though they had to go into town for a part. I have only used them for Heating and AC, but I will definitely call them if I end up with a plumbing problem.
Description of Work: When both my heat and A/C went out they came and fixed the problem. This was their second service for me. Last year they replaced a motor. This time it was a control board.

 + 0 moreI have had many happy encounters with them. What stands out about him is that he is willing to stop by in a moment's notice. We are going to use them soon to put in the new furnace.
Description of Work: Payne's Plumbing, Heating and Electric fixed some plumbing in the bathroom and fixed an issue in the basement of leaking water.

 + 1 moreI highly recommend them. They are always on time. Should something come up where they may be delayed, we were always given a courtesy call to inform us of that. I truly cannot say enough good things about this business.
Description of Work: We first used Payne's Plumbing, Heating and Electric in 2011 to convert our fuel oil furnace to a propane furnace. We were given the cost of the new furnace ($6,000) and it has been the best! The Owner, Ray Payne and his associates did an amazing job. They went above and beyond our expectations. We then hired them to do assorted plumbing work. Again, they exceeded our expectations. We have now hired them to do not just plumbing but also electrical work in an old family home. Again, they continue to exceed our expectations. We just couldn't be happier with Ray Payne and his associates.
