Description of Work: Did a warranty repair on our 2 year old stove. It worked for 1 week. They replaced the igniter in the oven. When they came back the second time they found that the igniter was install touching the heat shield. It burned up the the igniter and damaged the heat shield. That was 10 days ago and have not heard anything from them.
