Description of Work: this was the 1st time i use casa fina cleaning services. i thought it was very clever, how they had paired one tall with a short person. shorter person cleaned the lower areas & the tall person cleaned what ever the other one could not reach. they asked me question, rather than assume. they worked well together. since this was the 1st time they came to my house, it took them longer that the coupon had allowed them. samantha & vito; are the two i would want everytime. hi lili; i have just purchased more coupons from your ad. thanks for good job.

+ -1 moreContacted Cas Fina hoping to get them to come near the end of the work week. Unfortunately their schedule was full, but they were able to fit me in on Monday mornings. Lily (the owner) came out to our home and took a survery of what needed to be done and made arrangements to have 2 cleaning people come in the following week. They came in a little later than the 8:30 am we had discussed, but their work was superb. If I could put my kids in a plastic bubble to keep it that way for 2 weeks I would! I still want to change the schedule to a Thursday or Friday and Lily promised me when there was an opening, she'd move me. I recommend Casa Fina to anyone looking for a professional and dedicated cleaning staff that does fantastic work. They are very loyal to Lily, Casa Fina's owner, and this says something for the character and integrity of the company. Susan Doyle

They appeared to be very competent and it was a pleasure to have them. They were very meticulous in handling and dusting antiques and small pieces. They took care of the little things which meant they automatically took care of the big things.

Problems with cleaning: Glass tables in living room streaky, tile around tub in master bathroom not completely cleaned, pillows not arranged in living room, Hardwood floor just okay, and last but not least, they brought a vacuum that had someone else's dirt still in it. Not the best work for first cleaning.

Vito and Adriana arrived on time and asked what I was wanting done in my house and for a tour of the home. They worked continuously for the entire time and were very thorough. I have used other cleaners on a one time basis before but none did as good a job as these two. I was very pleased with the results. I will be having them clean my mother's home in the near future.
Description of Work: Cleaned two bathrooms, kitchen, dusted, cleaned lamp shades and picture frames, vacuumed and mopped floors.

+ -1 morethe appointment was originally scheduled for 7:30 , by 8:15 they no one showed. It was a lake effect day so I wasn't upset I called the owner Lily- she was extremely apologetic and helpful. She called me back and said someone would be there at 11:30. Apparently a lot of employees were sick. Since I had taken the day off I wasn't really put off by the scheduling change and from other reviews i have read its an anomaly. Two people arrived a women and a young man. I gave them a tour of the house which is large and desperately needed to be cleaned. They immediately started in the attic bedrooms and moved down through the house. They were very considerate and mindful of my antique furniture. They really did a great job. The kitchen and the bathrooms look great! They were here for over 4 hours and the price of 140 dollars not including tip was a bargain. I will purchase bona floor cleaner as they use murphy oil, which isn't a big deal, but just my preference. Overall very nice job- very professional, trustworthy, .

Description of Work: I purchased the coupon from Angies List for Casa Fina. I needed help with cleaning for the holidays and they were able to fit me into their already busy schedule. The owner was extremely responsive to my requests. The team arrived (on time) on a Saturday morning and worked overtime to complete the tasks I requested. They were very friendly and professional. They cleaned the living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bath, family room and den. They also cleaned the guest bedroom /bath upstairs.

+ -1 moreThe owner, Lilly Sosic, contacted me through email and I set up a date in December. Unfortunately, my schedule changed and I had to reschedule but Lilly was very accomodating. She told me her team would arrive between 8:15-8:30 and they arrived promptly at 8:15, they were well dressed in clean uniforms, were very friendly and obviously well trained to do the job. The team from Casa Fina Cleaning did an exceptional job, they took their time and cleaned more than I was expecting, including the woodwork around the windows, baseboards and the AV equipment. I feel that I have high cleaning standards and they exceeded them. I would highly recommend Casa Fina and plan to set up a monthly cleaning schedule with them.

+ -1 moreThey arrived promptly, and stayed a little longer than scheduled in order to finish the job. The cleaners were pleasant and professional. I should have given them more detailed instructions about MY priorities (downstairs more important than upstairs, thoroughly sweep floors before washing). Overall it went very well, and I was happy with the job.
Description of Work: They arrived at 9:00 am and worked until 11:20 am. They cleaned 2 bedrooms, 1-1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room. They were good cleaners, and hard working, and they did a very good job on the bathrooms, and things like dusting, including baseboards and sills. They were very thorough upstairs, which was 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, but I felt their time management skills needed some work, because after spending most of their time upstairs, there wasn't much time left to work on the first floor - living room, kitchen, dining room and 1/2 bath (a bigger, more complex area that should have taken more time than upstairs). The first floor had a fast, less detailed job, which is why I gave them a B overall grade. I would use them again, but I would give them more detailed instructions and probably have them start with the first floor. The upstairs bedrooms aren't as important as the more public areas of the house. I have hard wood floors, and I would have liked a very thorough sweeping before they damp mopped the downstairs floors. The price was excellent -- it was a special coupon deal.

Description of Work: I had Casa Fina Cleaning do a thorough same day as moving in cleaning of a condo I had purchased. Three people arrived within a couple of minutes of the scheduled arrival time. I explained the scope of the job and off they went, almost as choreographed. Each knew exactly what tasks they were expected to perform. And perform they did! Everything was done prior to the movers arriving with personal belongings. All carpeting was vacuumed, bathrooms thoroughly cleaned, all kitchen cabinets and drawers wiped down, resiliant flooring mopped and windows cleaned inside.

Description of Work: The day prior to the job, the company called to ask if they could move the time up to 9:30 am versus 12:30 pm. I had no problem with that so I said, "Yes." Promptly at 9:30 am the next day, two workers from the company arrived dressed appropriately and with all need supplies and equipment. After showing them the jobs I needed around the house, they said they thought they could complete the job in the time allotted - 2 hours. For the next 3 hours they worked steadily without talking to me or each other and did a thorough job of cleaning and vacuuming all my floors and bathrooms. It really shined when all was done. They did not charge me for the extra time. They remembered to take all of their supplies and equipment with them.
