Casa Fina Cleaning

It was difficult to communicate with this company via email. The response time was not fast enough. I would send an email to ask for an appointment for a day in the next week and that date already passed by the time the owner got back to me. When we finally agreed on a date and time, no one showed. I called and left a message for the owner, she called me back that evening saying there was a mix up in the scheduling. We rescheduled for another date and she discounted the cleaning $30.00. On the rescheduled date, the cleaning crew arrived two hours late for the scheduled time I had. It was a two man crew and they stayed for 3 hours for a first time cleaning. I know everything cannot be touched on a first time cleaning; however, I was still disappointed with the quality of cleaning. Places that should have been cleaned better, like behind toilets, toilet rims, corners of floors, were not touched. Furniture dusting was not done well.

They showed up on time and did a wounderful job.

Appointment was made a few weeks in advance, Casa Fina Cleaning staff performed the cleaning as scheduled and was effective in their work. We have used them in the past and will use them again.

I contacted Casa Fina through their website and received no response. I attempted to call the number provided, which had clearly forwarded to another number, and was told (multiple times) that the mailbox was full, and I could not leave a message. Apparently, they aren't that interested in getting new customers.

My wife and I recently had our first child and were finding it challenging to keep up with the cleaning while working full-time and taking care of our son. We found Casa Fina through Angie's list and saw the good reviews and a current promotion so we decided to give them a shot. I talked with Lilly first via email then phone to schedule, and she was very friendly and helpful. She explained that the 4 manhours of cleaning would be 2 hours of 2 people cleaning. On the day of the cleaning, I got a call in the morning seeing if a different time would work for me that day. She was very polite about it and seemed to be more asking than telling; fortunately the alternate time worked great for us, so no issues there. When the team arrived, they had a third member who they said was in training so we wouldn't be charged extra. The three-person crew did the full two hours of cleaning and did a great job. They were really friendly and courteous, and also worked very efficiently. Had a great experience and would do business with again.

I called to schedule a cleaning and finally got a hold of a live person after playing phone tag for a few days. Made an appointment. She was nice and accommodating. She called the night before to confirm and asked if it would be better if she came in the morning instead of the afternoon. I said to keep the original time. She never showed up! No phone call. Nothing! I called to find out if there was a problem, and she still hasn't called back a month later.

The person I called said she didn’t have her calendar up, and she said she would call me back that day. She never did so I emailed her. She responded a few days later and had an excuse about why she didn’t call me back. Then we finally scheduled for them to come out, but she said they were sick and she cancelled again. I ended up cancelling the service because they were not responsive and did not follow through with the appointment, and it was very inconvenient for me. I would never ask for them again or recommend them to anyone.

We have been very pleased with the professionalism and high quality of work at Casa Fina Cleaning. The business is family owned and the owner, Lily, is an absolute joy to work with. She really took the time to ask what was important to us and to stress the safety of the cleaning products they use (we have a toddler, so this was important to us.) One day I forgot to leave a key out for the cleaning crew and they very graciously worked us in another day that same week. Our house is cleaner than I could possibly get it during the time our daughter is napping and I appreciate having more time to spend with family and friends on the weekends. I highly recommend Casa Fina Cleaning - they are professional, reliable and easy to work with.

We were extremely pleased with the service. We recently moved out of a home that we were renting and hired Casa Fina Cleaning before returning the keys. They were pretty booked but able to squeeze us in. On the day of service, I got a call asking if they could start a bit earlier than we had planned which was fine. They got to work after a quick walkthrough. The job took a bit longer (justifiably) than the two hours that was included in the Big Deal, so they gave me a call halfway through to let me know. After they were done the house was easily cleaner than it was when we moved in - very thorough job. Lilly was extremely friendly and cordial during the entire process. We're likely to use her services for regular cleaning in the future.

I needed some cleaners to come by quickly in time for the broker's open house. They were able to accommodate me, although it took some finagling of the schedule on their part. They were nice enough to squeeze me in on what must have been a very busy Saturday. They were quite prompt and professional. They wanted a walk-through so they knew what to do and not miss anything. It took longer than they thought (admittedly, the house is somewhat big and definitely dirty), but after 4 hours x2 people, they had our house cleaner than I've ever seen it, including after a different, previous cleaning service. They even cleaned some marks off the walls from various scuff marks. They were very detail oriented and pointed out they were unable to fully clean the vents on the microwave. It's above the oven and only people over 6ft tall can really see the vents anyway. Regardless, they did a pretty job of cleaning those vents. When they were done, they put all the garbage into bags and asked where they should go. I had them leave them in the garage. Because it took longer, they required more money, which I thought was fair. I originally scheduled 2hours x 2 people, but it ended up taking twice as long. Because they did such a good and thorough job, I though it was definitely worth it.

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate for my ailing mother-in law. Made a special trip to the house only to get a voice mail she could not make it at the scheduled time but would clean the house in two weeks. Returned the call to set up another estimate appointment. That call was never answered.

We found them on Angie's List, and they had good reviews and a Groupon special to do 4 hours of cleaning for $80 We have been working with Casa Fina over 3 months now, and they are not only nice ladies, but care about their work and they do an excellent and efficient job. What is great is that they pay attention to the details, and our house always makes me smile after they are done. An important piece is that they house feels very thoroughly cleaned when they are done - but above that they really are lovely to work with and to have in our home.

It went very well. One person spent all of her time in the kitchen cleaning everything in plain sight and doing it thoroughly. The second gentleman (and both were true gentlemen) dusted, vacuumed and tended to the carpeted rooms. The third gentleman spent all of hos time in the bathrooms cleaning and sanitizing.

Lily Sosic had sent 2 individuals to clean my apartment for Passover. Were to arrive at 11:45 AM. By 1:30 PM, I had totally given up on them arriving and left Lily a voice mail. Next morning early, Lily phoned to apologize. The woman she had sent had become ill and was taken to the hospital. However, neither Lily nor the individual with the ill woman had thought to let me know that they were unable to come. Lily offered to come herself on the Saturday prior to the holiday, but I already had plans for the day that I had no desire to cancel. Would I use Casa Fina in the future? Probably because the company did have an A+ rating. Will it be soon? Probably not. I do not want to post this review because of the circumstances (ill employee) as it was an extraordinary occurance beyond Casa Fina's control. But do want Angie's List to know that I was extremely disappointed that no one had given a thought to call or text me to let me know that they would not be coming as scheduled. No, I did not hire another company (Casa Fina's time was the only time I had available) and did the cleaning myself. Not as good as Case Fina would have done, but good enough that I felt comfortable having guests for a holiday dinner.

The three cleaners arrived and set to work immediately. They were professional, personable and cheerful. They were thorough and meticulous, and had a well thought-out system in place for doing their work. Of the numerous cleaning crews we've had over the years, this was as good as any and better than most. They ran a bit overtime at the end and didn't charge us extra. We will certainly call them again and we recommend them highly.

The two person team arrived on time and performed the agreed on cleaning very well. Each room consisting of open kitchen and family room, living room and dining room, as well as adjoining hallway and office area was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They were a hard working team and I will defintely use their services again. I can called a little late to schedule a cleaning for the holidays, but they were able to fit me into their schedule and did a beautiful job.

Lily and her crew are very professional. They arrive on time, professionally dressed and do an excellent job. I will continue to use their cleaning services in my home and business.

They are real friendly and they do a good cleaning job. I haven't had any problems, I can trust them. They like to talk - some people don't like that, but I like it. I've been using them every month.
