Casa Fina Cleaning

I used the company for one visit. They did a satisfactory job. I tried to call and schedule a second visist, they were a no call, no show twice. They were not very good at responding.

I had to tell them what I wanted cleaned; I did not think that would be necessary. They did follow my instructions. My house has two floors with two bedrooms, a full bath, and a loft on the second floor, and a master suite, kitchen, 1 and 1/2 baths, great room/dining area on the first floor. The house had not been cleaned for several weeks so I thought 4 hours would be better than two hours. The cleaners were finished in just over 2 hours. They did not seem to be prepared for what they were supposed to do or for how long they were hired.

2 cleaners showed up on time and communicated well with me. I told them exactly what I wanted done and they got it done. Everything went great as they provided a good service. Recommend this service and definitely will use it again.

The two cleaning girls showed up over an hour late. They said they got lost - but an hour late is ridiculous. One girl was very concerned about gloves - apparently their "trainer" had not given them any the day before. One girl seemed to work hard - the other girl seemed to stand around. In two hours, they cleaned one room. It was very dusty and messy, but should never have taken two girls two hours. Incredibly disappointed. Should clarify in their "big deal" that you will be getting brand new cleaners. I called and complained, said she would refund me half of my cost, have not seen any refund.

First time using this service and was pleased with results. Definitely would use service again. Cleaners were responsive and polite. Service was everything I asked for. Good bang for the buck. So far, so good.

I deal with sale of houses and was facing a great challenge in getting the house ready for a client who was arriving in just 12 hours. Necessity is the mother of invention for sure! That’s the time I came across casa fina cleaning on Angie's List and decided to try them, and that was for sure a transformational call. After making the call to casa fina, I was assured that a crew will arrive in just 30-45 minutes. One thing I observed about this company is punctuality as they truly arrived in 30-45 minutes and told me that the task will be done in two hours. What a relief? I noticed the thoroughness demonstrated by the ladies in performing their duties. One of the ladies told me the house was bigger than they had predicted and may take thirty more minutes. That was not a problem for me. The task was done in the thirty minutes as I had been told. I could not help but admire the quality of service from casa fina. This was the best cleaning service in my life time. Because of this experience, I definitely know who to turn to on issues of house cleaning. And it is undoubtedly casa fina. I highly recommend!

Recent job promotions to my wife and I have spelled days full of commitment to us. As a result, we are always committed, and even lack the vital time to do the house cleaning. I have had to resort on hiring professional cleaners, and this is how I came across a company known as Casa Fina Cleaning. I was surfing the net in search of an ideal partner in cleaning when I came across the adverts. I decided to call and have a feel of the services they provided, and guess what? I have not at any instance regretted making such call as these people are just perfect! Through the call, I could not help but notice the friendliness of the lady I talked to. Her name was Lilly. I explained to Lilly on the size of our house and she told me that from my definition it will take those three hours to do perfect cleaning to our house. We agreed that they will come on Saturday at 9 am. One thing liked about Casa Fina is that they are time conscious. This is because they arrived thirty minutes to time on the material day. As a result of this, we had time to chat before they could start their task. I also noticed the politeness of the ladies while we were chatting. They got down to the task, and I noticed the thoroughness they were applying while cleaning. I also noticed the way they handled my equipment. It sounded to me as if they were fully ware of the efforts I put in buying them. I must confess that I have had issues with other agencies as breakages are usual occurrences, but with Casa Fina I can validate that there was none. That?s what I call quality. I have all the reasons to stick with Casa Fina. They are just perfect!

With four hours of person power, I was hoping for a bit more "in depth" cleaning in my rather small, tidy house. While everything was dusted and vacuumed or "damp mopped". I had hoped that the floors in the bathrooms and kitchen would actually be washed/scrubbed..not just damp mopped, that cabinet faces in the kitchen would be wiped down, that behind open doors would be vacuumed, etc. So if what I had wanted/expected was "light cleaning" they would be fine.

I had tried a few times to reached them to make an appointment. Once we had connected if was a great experience. Lily was warm, personable and upbeat. They worked with my busy work schedule. They were mindful of my work starting time and since they had came even earlier than expected which was even better. They two young cleaning men were very mannerable and both did a great job on my bathroom and kitchen. They did good tidying up my place. I was trying to organize a closet and they even offered to help. This was my first time using this company. I would use their services again and I already had recommended them to my neighbors.

Thing started off really well. They contacted me, gave me a quote, time and date for service. However, on the morning of the day they were supposed to come, they confirmed that they'd be there via email and never showed after I specifically told them that I had to make arrangements at my job for them to come over. So my house was never cleaned and I missed out on some money from not going to work. They are really unprofessional. I was willing to reschedule and I would not have been mean. I would have appreciated at least a call or a email. After hearing absolutely NOTHING from them as to why they didn't show I just told them to forget it - which they apparentlly did already since they ignored my emails and never showed.

Never called me to make an appointment or perform the services.

This provider is such a liar. See how she mentioned she showed up at the house as a response to my review. LIAR! I did not see that till I recently saw this review. She NEVER showed up. You should read all of her responses to posts witha a truck load of salt. All of her responses are just figments of her imagination!

The only issue that wasn't just right was that it took some time for them to get back to me originally. However, Lilly, the leader explained why, so that was okay. The two young folks who cleaned did a good job and were very nice.

Kathy spent hour and half on my one very tiny bathroom...Vito cleaned half of the kitchen and the rest was rushed through to get done. Floor was mopped with some of the rugs still down, just mopped around the rugs. And they do not wip tables Lilly said after the fact. Some services were performed but this was terrible!

Casa Fina did a very nice job. I was pleased with the service, and would definitely recommend them. The owner returned my phone call within 48 hours. She was very pleasant, polite, and professional. After asking me a few questions, in order to better prepare for the cleaning appointment, a date and time window was scheduled for the housecleaning. I was informed of the names of the two team members who would be providing the service. The scheduled team members arrived on the appointed date and time. They introduced themselves, and asked me to show them around and advise them on what I wanted to have done. I realize that a four hour deal is not ?one size fits all.? I should have asked the owner about the possibility of adding more time, if it was needed to thoroughly clean my home. However, the team wound up doing a very nice job, staying a little longer than scheduled, at no additional cost, in order to complete the job. In addition to a total general cleaning of my home, Casa Fina completed the tasks that I had specifically asked of them. This included detailing my shower, wiping out my self-cleaning oven, and dusting air return vents. They also completed tasks that exceeded my expectations. Kathy, who handled my breakables very carefully, did a beautiful job of thoroughly cleaning and polishing furniture surfaces. She had my TV set and dining area mirror shining like new, and even cleaned the shelves and AV equipment inside of my entertainment cabinet. Thanks, Casa Fina. I hope to do business with you again.

After she scheduled my appointment she called and canceled it saying I was too far away and she would refund me. I thought that was not good. I thought it was rude and then to call back and cancel. She canceled the day before the appointment.

The company is NOT responsive. I new I needed someone on 5/15/2013 and tried to set an appointment at least 3 weeks ahead. No response. Called Angie who gave me another company, Casa responded late in the evening. Returned the call and sent an e-mail, no response. I called on 5/14 and got an e-mail late in the evening, responded the next day, was not sure if they would come or what time. I must say my first experience with Angie was a HUGE disappointment. It must be family and friends who rated this companyl

I left at least 2 messages to date since purchasing the service. Several other calls were either unanswered or a message said that the voice mail was full. Wish I could say more, I'd love to get them here.

I contacted them for an estimate on house cleaning. They called me back promptly and were very pleasant and professional on the phone. However I was given a gift certificate as a gift to a different company so I had to use that. Otherwise, I would have went with Casa. They called back promptly and even followed up two times after to see if I needed the work or had questions. I was not happy with the company from the gift certificate so I will call Casa in the future if I need the work done.

I have hired every big deal cleaning company and I thought that Casa Fina did the best out of all of them. Here's why. First, they were extremely flexible with their scheduling. I called on a Monday and they got me in on a Thursday. Second, we had a big job to do - we were getting out house ready to put on the market and we needed a thorough cleaning of our first floor. Well, they stayed late to ensure the job was done and didn't charge me for the extra time. I asked if they were sure and they insisted. I was very impressed with them and they were very kind. We were very happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend.

I'm extremely frustrated. I bought this Big Deal ($80 for 4 hours of cleaning) in late Feb 2013, played phone tag with Lilly several times for 2-3 weeks as I tried to get an April cleaning appt. She called back each time for a while and left messages, but none addressed cleaning availability during the timeframe I was inquiring about, which was as close to 4/23/13 (if on 4/23 had to be finished before 3pm) as possible but not after that date. After a few weeks I didn't get calls back each time, and found myself calling for weeks with no response. Lilly did finally call on April 22 saying she might have availability for a 4/23/13 3pm arrival, but that was too late in the day for our needs and she did have this info from several of my messages beforehand. Since April 23, I've tried to call back 15+ times to get an appt on May 29 finishing before 3pm, May 28 finishing before 2pm or May 24, in order of preference. I got 2 calls back that week, again not addressing the availability of these dates, and now when I call back (almost daily now) I'm getting no call back whatsoever. Also, this week, her voicemails are full for 2 of the 3 numbers provided to me, so now there's only 1 phone number to call with absolutely nothing coming from using that number. It's now 5/11/13 and still I don't have an appointment or any info regarding availability if the days I've requested aren't open. I realize there is a deadline to use this discounted value by, but if I give so much notice and don't get any answer from Casa Fina whatsoever regarding availability on the dates I'm hoping for, I think it would be ridiculous to hold me to that deadline. I'm actually wondering about getting a refund, since I'm getting absolutely nothing except a headache for the money I've spent for this deal! Extremely unhappy customer right now :-(

I have had an incredibly hard getting a hold of the service provider. I called on Monday, May 6th to schedule an appointment. The phone number that's listed had a full voicemail box, so I could not leave a message. I sent en email letting them know I had purchased the coupon and mentioned I had called to schedule an appointment. She responded that evening (around midnight) by email asking when I would like to schedule an appointment, also mentioning she would contact me the next day. I emailed her back saying Friday would be fine or anytime the following week, and offered her two phone numbers to get a hold of me. Tuesday night, she called and left a message on my cellphone past 9PM. She gave me two different phone numbers to reach her at. I tried calling back 15 minutes later to the phone number she had called me with. I left a voicemail as no one answered. Wednesday morning, I called the other number and it rang, rang and then went busy. I tried calling again and someone picked up and hung up. I'm incredibly dissatisfied with the lack of communication and expecting a refund.
