Description of Work: Excellent cleaning of house in preparation of new owner, everything was sparkling clean when they finished. Excellent work, they do not cut any corners.

Description of Work: The provider did nothing. I was out of town for 3 weeks and we had guests arriving within hours of my flight getting in. My husband found these folks on Angie's List and they were to come to clean the house. They never showed up nor called to explain what was going on. The house was not clean before we got home which was rather embarrassing as I always like to provide my guests with a nice, clean environment.

Description of Work: Service was easy to setup. Was not present during cleaning, but all seemed good upon my return. No complaints given what was paid.

Description of Work: It was somewhat difficult to get a return call from Casa Fina. She called around 9pm; this is late for a business to return calls. The work performed was shoddy. I'm not a picky housecleaner, but even I saw a lot of things that weren't cleaned.

Description of Work: This service I used once before, they worked good. but once they knew I purchased several coupons, then they were not available after several call and emails. I suggest, that Angie's should not let the providers know, when consumers purchase more than one coupon, because, since they are getting the money, and coupons are purchased for their services, then it leaves them no incentives to attain high ratings or respond to our calls.

Description of Work: I told them I needed 2 people for a whole day for deep cleaning. Discussed the details and she agreed to arrange for two persons for six hours. We set a date two weeks thereafter. Hired them to do whole house deep cleaning. Day before the appointment she said may not be able to do full job, crews too busy. Day of the appointment, she came by and said that she was unable to do the work, looked like too much work.

Description of Work: Nothing. I tried multiple times to contact this cleaning company, left messages, only to receive a call back late Sunday evening when I was traveling. I asked her if she could call me back at a certain time, she said yes, but I never heard from her... Still! Not worth my money if I can't even get the service. I'm asking for a return.

Description of Work: I called them, they didnd't hvae a phone that let them know you have reached them. I left them a message and they never called me back after I left a message.

Description of Work: Initially I was impressed by the reviews, and called to asked some more questions about the provider and services. I called back a few days later, deciding to use Casa Fina's services, however my call was not returned for almost a week, and then late at night Sunday. There was no other excuse given, other than "we are busy", not that there was maybe a family emergency that precluded a prompt return of my call. . When I want to communicate with a service provider, I expect a prompt response. This lack of sense of urgency is indicative of the lack of interest in providing acceptable service.

Description of Work: We are so happy with Casa Fina. We have them come to our house every other week. They are very responsible with our things but also very thorough in the job that they do!!!!

Description of Work: I contacted this company by email through Angie's list. I received an email approximately 2 days later. I was asked to describe what I wanted and how many square feet my house was. I have never had that question before. I thought it was kind of strange. I answered the questions but not the square foot measurement. No reply several days went by. 2 voice messages were left and no reply. Apparently the job was not big enough for them. I called another company from Angie's list they are coming out tomorrow to see what I want. That is how it is usually done.

Description of Work: The were very polite and worked hard. They missed the blinds in the bathroom but I think it was my fault for not making it clear I wanted those done too. They were a little late but worked longer than the agreed upon time which made up for that. I will use them again for sure.

Description of Work: I needed a rental property cleaned after renter's moved out. Casa Fina sent two very nice gentleman who cleaned the property to perfection. They were very polite and they worked very hard. Well worth the money!! I would absolutely use this service again and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Casa Fina staff is very prompt and very professional. They arrived on time they greeted me with a very professional introduction of all the services they provide. after all my questions were answer they got staight to work without breaking. My windows look invisible after they finish with all 55 windows. The work was super Im so happy I trusted this company with my cleaning. I highly recommend Casa Fina they will always be my first choice. AAAAAAAA+++++++
