real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreFine. They had trouble gaining access to the house because it is a foreclosure and the bank conducting the foreclosure would not return their calls. As soon as they got information on how to gain access, they did the appraisal the same day and sent the report to the bank within 48 hours.
Description of Work: Conducted real estate appraisal for house that we are purchasing. Worked through Third Federal Savings and Loan.
