+ -1 moreOur shower faucet wouldn't turn off yesterday, so we had to turn off the water to the bathroom. After several frantic phone calls, I talked to Sean at Jensen-Reiche. He couldn't get out yesterday, but was here at mid-morning, after a call 1/2 hour before. He saw the problem immediately, and got all the pertinent information, then got a replacement faucet. 2 hours after he arrived, the job was complete, the area cleaned up and the water was back on. They were friendly and considerate and professional. I would recommend them highly.

+ -1 moreI have had Jensen Reiche fix two problems that were caused by previous contractors: (1) my kitchen sink drain, that fell apart and (2) my laundry room sink, that was cheap plastic and wouldn't drain. Sean fixed both of these. He reconfigured the kitchen drain when he repaired it, so that I have more room under my sink for storage. Then he installed a good, quality laundry room sink that is wall mounted. I have so much more room under the sink without the legs, and it is much easier to clean.
Description of Work: Sean installed a wall-mounted laundry room sink- fixing something shoddy installed by a previous contractor. He is very professional and will definitely use his services again.
