concrete repair
+ -1 moreAt first, we were pleased with the knowledge and work plan presented by the owner. Workers came in to do the work without the owner's supervision and were quite careless. They hit and damaged a rain gutter with a piece of machinery they were using and then drove a bobcat over the edge of the new concrete walk and cracked the edge of it. They didn't even point it out, we noticed before they were about to leave. The owner recommended sealing the crack even though we requested re-pouring that smaller portion. He said the concrete was colored (to our choice) and it would be difficult to do and not match perfectly. We agreed to the seal but, shouldn't have. The walk looks stupid, and every time we walk on it, it's a constant reminder of the worker's stupidity to not pay attention to where they were driving the bobcat. The company logo is stamped in the concrete right near it, how appropriate. They fixed the gutter by pounding it out with a hammer (they would not replace the gutter).
Description of Work: Removal of existing concrete slab patio in backyard. Removal of walk and concrete entry to front house door. Drainage installation put in from driveway area to drain puddling water away from house (line buried in backyard to drain back to pond area). Installation of stamped concrete patio in backyard with walkway. Installation of stamped concrete walk and slab in front yard (leading to front house door)

Description of Work: THIS COMPANY PLOWED OUR DRIVEWAY. TWO YEARS AGO THE OWNER ANSWERED OUR FRANTIC CALL ONE VERY SNOWY MORNING WHEN OUR PREVIOUS PLOWER FAILED TO SHOW UP (AGAIN). HE HAS BEEN OUR PLOWER EVER SINCE. HE IS PROMPT COURTEOUS AND IS THERE WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL BE- DOES A GOOD AND CAREFUL JOB.
