Tru Pro Painting

Everything went very well on the job. The crew was very professional and worked successfully around our schedule and the weather. The workmanship is excellent.

I hired Tru Pro Painting /Owner Jay Wilson to paint my house and it has been one lie after another. I have paid Tru Pro Painting and Jay Wilson over $21,000 dollars which I can provide his contract and each canceled check along with a detailed timeline, all correspondences which includes Text messages, Emails and a detailed phone log. Tro Pro painting and Jay wilson has not completed a contracted job and has done less then sub par work please see the list of issue below. 1. Jay wilson /Tru Pro painting stated that he/they had a numbers of crews and that my job would be completed in 45 days it have now been 5 months and it has still not be completed. They do not have multiple crews 2. They do not own all the tolls they needed so I had to provide them with the tools they needed 3. They have destroyed my hardwood floors, sinks, furniture and my homes elevator 4.Jay wilson /Tru Pro painting They have left my house a disaster to this day. i.e. all the doors were not replaced, all the trim is not fully painted, The master Bedroom is a not even in the state to sleep in. 5. They have lied about the work they have completed 6. They have left trash through out my home 7. They have completely ruined areas on my custom cabinets in my kitchen 8. The have charged me for areas that weren't completed and that are still not completed. 9. They have over charged me from the original contract and again they are still not completed.

We signed our contract in August 2017 to be completed by 9/23/17. It is now Nov and we are not complete. There was paint/drywall mud/dust all over my house. No drywall work was performed. The entire house needs re done. The exterior including windows/barn/deck were to be scraped/caulked/painted. The paint is perlingbin spots. The entire house needs re done. They schedule too many jobs with no time or staff.

They did a fantastic job in half the time that we originally thought it would take. Would recommend to any and everyone! And am now having more work done, including cleaning the gutters and caulking the windows. A great company to do business with.

Jay and his painting crew did a phenomenal job! I am so pleased with the work that they did. I highly recommend Tru Pro. They were professional and communicated well with me. Their attention to detail really impressed me. I will be hiring them again to paint my home's exterior and deck.
