+ -1 moreTodd Mathews has performed several tasks since I bought my condo. He changed door locks, installed a new thermostat, changed switchplates, hung a bedroom door, removed a worktable, and hung artwork. I have contracted him to install new tile for my kitchen and utility room floors. Todd has been extremely professional, always prompt and gives great advice. His prices are more than reasonable and I have recommended him to several friends. Can't sing his praises enough!

+ 9 moreHe's the guy that I've been using here lately for all my rentals because he's so good. He's in the process of doing the job now. I just wanted to recommend him as an excellent contractor and does a great job. He has a reasonable price. The work turned out great. I've had great experiences with him that's why I continue to use him. He's working on one of my properties and before he just finished two other jobs for me. If I have any questions, he always answers thoroughly and responds immediately. If he doesn't answer the phone when I call, he call right back. He responds to my text and email.
Description of Work: He remodeled the kitchen, bathroom, drywall work, siding, gutters and roofing. He installed sliding glass doors and security doors. He does everything. He fixed the sidewalk concrete.

+ -1 moreWe are waiting to close on a property but he is under contract once it goes through. He required a lot more paperwork due to the loan and it took him a little while to do that, but it was understandable. His responsiveness was fine.
Description of Work: I've seen his work at a couple of friend's home and he did a wonderful job. I am going to be using him for our remodel.
