Description of Work: Cost us so much more with his mistakes, poor job on EVERYTHING he did or was responsible for (eg. we had to get new flooring after he tore the vinyl and stained it, put gouges in the brand new tub and chipped our porcelain sink, plumbing had to be redone and new fixtures had to be purchased as he ruined the original new ones). Did not complete final details or fix details that were poorly done.

Description of Work: I have a cracked ceramic tile in my hearth and called Tile Guys about fixing it. The gentleman explained that the project could turn into something larger than it appeared, and suggested a fix I could do myself. I did as he suggested and am happy with the result. I appreciate the free professional advice.
