Description of Work: The Basement Doctor came to do an assessment of our basement (cracks in foundation). They were very professional. They were honest about what was wrong with our basement (which did not require further service from them) which we appreciated. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: We had a stress crack in our poured concrete foundation. Basement Doctor uses a system to route any leakage into the footer drains rather than pretending to fix the crack. The installer was personable, arrived on time, and finished in the time estimated. We have had no more leaking since the repair and we've had several big rains since it was done.

Description of Work: This provider came to the house to give us an estimate. He was punctual and he took his time as we showed him what we wanted done. He was very honest with the cost and what would need done. We chose not to have the work done because we could not afford it.

Description of Work: They looked over the basement and find nothing wrong.

Description of Work: Cleaned mold and fixed and sealed leaks in basement corner.

Description of Work: They sealed the walls, did major work under the house where the basement wasn't there to prevent any movement in the walls, put in metal beams on one wall.

Description of Work: On July 12th the Basement Doctors came to our house to look at a water problem that we awe having in our crawl space. We were told that he would drop off the estimate the following no later than Thursday, but we would need to make a decision quickly. Today July 23 and we have still not heard back from anyone even after my attempt to email him. We have deceived to get estimates from other companies and I will not do business with The Basement Doctor. I very disappointed in how unprofessional this occured

Description of Work: My basement wall was pushed in on one side which they said was more than likely done during building 15 years ago. Ed came and lookied at the damage and wanted the opinion from an engineer before diagnosing the full service that was needed. He made a 2nd trip after the engineer was hired and gave his diagnosis, to give us a quote. Then Dan came and put up several beams along the wall for support and also waterproofed the whole area. It was done in one day and they were very professional. I would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: We used The Basement Doctor about a year ago. I looked them up at Angie's List. They helped clean out our flooded basement and did mold testing. They came back to replace our sump pump two weeks later.

Description of Work: We called the basement doctors to get a third estimate before we decided on a company. All the other company's wanted to sell us a $8000 fix. The other company's were going to put in a whole new sewer lines and drainage system. The basement doctors actually found the root of the problem- just a simple leaky pipe. A MUCH cheaper fix. We will call them for ANY future needs. Thank you basement doctor!!!!
