Since 1987 The Basement Doctor has been providing expert wet basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space vapor barrier, basement finishing, and mold and spray foam insulation services. We give free inspections and detailed written estimates to homeowners in the Columbus and central Ohio area. Our solutions have expanded to include back-up standby electrical generators. Selecting the right contractor to let into your home is a very important decision. The Basement Doctor respects you and your home – expertly performing the contracted work, being punctual, employing a drug free workforce, and skilled experienced installers. We only use ethical sales practices and honor warranties without hassle. All of our staff follows clear rules of respect, responsibility and integrity. We treat you the way we'd want our own families treated. Financing is available, lender qualifications apply. Additional services: mold clean-up & prevention, basement finishing, dehumidification & battery back-up sump pumps and emergency response to flooded basements.

Description of Work: I was worried about our old stone foundation walls. They were yellowing and ugly. Wes Martin of The Basement Doctor came out to look at them. He was 100% honest and forthright. He told me that we do not have a structural issue. The walls are fine. They are just discolored. He said that they could spray some material on the surface that would deal with the color issue, but that eventually it would come back and that fundamentally, it was not a serious problem. He was great. Just what you want in a consultation.

WE HAD A POOR EXPERIENCE TRYING TO GET AN ESTIMATE FOR WINDOWS. THIS WAS A WONDERFUL CONTRAST. NOT PUSHY! QUICKLY/BRIEFLY/THOROUGHLY DESCRIBED WHAT HE SAW OF OUR BASEMENT SITUATION & TOLD US WHAT THEY COULD DO.VERY POLITE & COMPLETED JOB QUICKLY & CLEANLY
