I ordered 1 cord of firewood on 10/20/21 wood was delivered on 10/21/21 late evening. I stacked the wood the next day it was short of a full cord that should've been 8x4x4. I called Stan and informed him. He said he would deliver the additional wood the following week with a no show. I called he said it would be delivered on Friday 10/29/21 no wood was delivered. I made several calls and left texts and voice message that were never returned. This guy run a scam business not fulfilling what he stated in the description the wood is not season and not a full cord. Buyers beware.

I responded to Stan's Craigs list posting that advertised 1 full cord of wood delivered for $180. I ordered one full cord and all wood was cut to 18" and under, seasoned, After tax, it came to 193 on my credit card. Stan delivered only about 1/2 a cord to my house, maybe close to 2/3 if you stack it just right. Most of it was fresh, and wet, not seasoned. I let Stan know I wasn't happy, and that he needed to bring more wood to make this right. Stan told me he would bring by more wood the next week. He never showed up. He made, in total 6 promises of different time when he would come deliver the rest of the wood he owed me. He came up with plenty of excuses (after the fact, never before) for why he didn't show up, but he never once kept his promise, never showed up.The only way I could communicate with him is by text, he even hung up on me when I tried to figure out why he didn't show up when he said he would. I had to report the credit card charge as fraudulent and file a complaint against him to the Franklin County Auditor Division of Weights and Measures. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Don't get ripped off by this guy. Dishonest. Terrible service. ZERO professionalism.

Called on Thursday at 1:00pm and got a simple, and quot;Hello?and quot; like he didn't recognize the number. (I'm a new customer so it's understandable, but a strange start.) I told him my name and that I was interested in getting some firewood delivered. He asked how much. I told him I wanted a half cord, then mentioned I was in Worthington. He said he was in Reynoldsburg. Confused, I asked if he'd deliver (since they list Worthington as a location on their Angie profile). He said it was an additional $10 for a total of $100. I said fine. He told me to text my address, let him know if I wanted Saturday or Sunday delivery, then they would call me before the got here to let me know a time. Here's how the texting went: Me @1:15pm Thursday - I think Sunday afternoon would be a good day for delivery. 1/2 cord [My address]. I'm [MyName]. $100 for good firewood. No confirmation, no replies, nothing. Then on Sunday I slept in and hung around the house. No missed calls, no texts. Eventually I figured he'd forgot about me so I texted him again. Me @ 3:34pm following Sunday - Are you still interested in delivering wood today? Him @ 3:37pm - is this the one in Worthington Me @ 3:59pm - Yes. Him @ 5:08pm - Guys are still out doing deliverys I haven't heard anything about a reschedule or a call for some communication about additional business, nothing. I'm not exactly sure what the problem is here with this interaction it just seems really unprofessional and simply non-communicative. (Like calling a girl/guy that you quickly discover isn't interested in you. No big deal at a bar, but if you're trying to run a business...) With a surcharge to deliver up here, it seems like he's not really interested, or maybe only at certain quantities. Either way putting that information up front might save everyone some time. There is room for confusion here on both sides, but I figured I'd just look elsewhere after sharing my experience.

They did a great job. Fast, efficient and polite. They were so good that I ended giving them more money than estimated. I would use them again and would recommend them to anybody that needs any kind of lawn service, tree trimming of lawn labor

Was able to set a delivery date sooner then other providers. On delivery date it was pouring rain. Owner called to see if we wanted to receive wood and we agreed to a different date. Arrived on time. Hand unload wood, no dump. For $130/cord I have no complaints. Wood was hardwood and seasoned. Wood was not cut uniformly but at this price I didn't care. Stan did say foe a slight upcharge he can special cut any length and make it uniform. Overall, good experience.
