We had our garbage disposal re-installed and facets re-connected after putting in new kitchen counter tops. The company was prompt and professional. They cleaned lines out and put new gaskets on. Ran the dishwasher and made sure no leaks. Highly recommend.

As a working single person, my emergencies don't fall between 9-5 that I know of... Came home Friday night during a very rainy week with flood warnings to find my own geyser fountain in the basement. The pipe taking water out of the basement had come apart and it was cycling over and over and starting to accumulate on the floor. I unplugged the sump pump and water drained down, but there was more rain coming that weekend. Going through Angie's list had trouble finding a plumber that listed hours later than 5 on a Friday, but found Plumbing and Drain Professionals. I was able to get a hold of the owner, he got one of his guys out to me right away and it was fixed promptly. I also got the first reason why that basement corner is wet that really makes sense - seems my pipes my not be configured correctly outside. I'm definitely having them back to do that work as well. I had to pay premium rate for after hours, but they did a great job!! Thanks!! Kathy

He was prompt and informative, very professional. Our water heater was 20 yrs. old, he gave us some options, but we decided to replace it. Yes we would hire them again.

The company had someone come out the next day, Chris removed the blockage in a timely manner. My wife was so happy. I highly recommend this company.

PERFECT......Knew what they were doing. Had to call them as MCATEE Plumbing was originally called to fix my problem, but, couldn't find the CO in my back yard. I called your co. and "Moose" came and found it almost immediately. Saved the day. Thank you, Again

Brian pulled 1st floor commode and was able to open line from there. Brian is a very pleasant, professional young man who quickly assessed the problem and went straight to work fixing the problem. He cleaned up the area after the work was completed. So happy I found this company on Angies list and for the senior discount.

Experience is everything. I had another company visit the previous day, who misdiagnosed my drain blockage as being roots penetrating the cast iron pipes under the concrete slab - a very expensive problem if they had been correct. They recommended Plumbing & Drain Professionals. John sent "Montana" - a 30+ year veteran plumber within hours of my call. Montana began by opening the clean-out in the backyard (which the first plumber did not do). He correctly assessed that the roots were in the old clay drain tiles outdoors, not under the slab. He had the right size equipment to clean the lint-blocked laundry room drain (though we had to remove some drywall & cut the PVC pipe for access). In two hours he had my plumbing working, and assessed that I would not need to jack-hammer the concrete floor, as the first plumber said. I will call this company first on future plumbing needs.

We seen there truck in the neighborhood thought we would give them a try. First they showed up 10mins before they was even supposed to so that was plus and the guy was very nice so I took him to where my line was leaking he began explaining what causes the leak and told me how he would fix took him an hour and he was all done. Great huys we will be using him again.
