Mike, CO owner and Anthony, tech measured moisture content under my laminate, tile, drywall and insulation from flood in neighboring Condo. Gave plan of action and followed through very well. They did a great job and were very polite and professional at all times.

They were very professional stopped in every day, many times, to check on progress, & I had cell numbers for Mike Siebert and he was very kind and did a fantastic job organizing to various steps of the restoration.

It was great. Both agents who came out did a great job. They were efficient, polite and understanding and because they came out so quickly they didn't have to remove the wallboard and carpet completely.

The worker was here on time & when he said he would be. The work was done efficiently & correctly. All damaged items were hauled away. Carpet was cleaned after all repairs were completed.

.4got a trash ca At first he said that it would be about $500.00 dollars to repair. My wife signed a work order that started working on it with out a writen estimate.I will send a written detaied example of what happend( a lot of over charges).I asked for a writen estimate on several occasions and never got one, and then the bill came to $2,081.90. Over charges 1) bag debris we got a trash can took it to the curb on our trash day . He said he hauled it away never happend $55.00 2) He said he used a hard wood drying mat for seven days even the insurance adjuster called him out on that and he took off four days. There was never a mat used at 91 brandon drive we have pictures. 3 day charge $ 576.45 3) hauled away debris per pick up load including dump fees $29.47 he never hauled one piece of trash form our property and the was never a pick-up truck in our driveway4) Monitoring charges 5/4,5/5,5/75/11/5/12 and 5/13 we were out of town on 5/5 5/6 and 5/13 we were not home on these dates.
