+ -1 moreLousy, at first and second but one employee Tara was very polite and friendly. Beware of the bait and switch routine here! One employee (lady with short hair) came out of the back to ask if the person dropping off might need more services, whether actually needed or not. ($40 charge instead of $17 to unclog it).
Description of Work: Cleaned and did basic maintenance on an Oreck brand vacuum. Dropped off the vacuum on Tuesday and two people (man and woman) said the vacuum might be ready as early as tomorrow. The man, about 50 years old - 6 1" or 6 2" gave me a ticket for pickup. He said to my face that it might be ready as early as later the same day while writing 3 days later on the ticket. Another lady was likewise there with very short hair and she said the vacuum might also be ready the next morning.

+ -1 moreOUR HOME IS HAVING MAJOR WORK DONE THIS FALL; NEW ROOF, WINDOWS AND SIDING. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE DIRT COMES IN NO MATTER HOW MANY TARPS THEY PUT DOWN. AFTER THE WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED AND THEY GUYS USED ''THEIR VACUUM'' ONCE THEY LEFT I BROUGHT OUT THE ORECK. YOU COULD ACTUALLY HEAR MORE DIRT GETTING PICKED UP IN THE AREA THEY JUST CLEANED. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT THEIR NEW STORE WAS TOO MUCH INFORMATION WAS GIVEN AND THEY KEPT TRYING TO TALK YOU INTO PURCHASING MORE THINGS OR GO WITH A MORE EXPENSIVE PRODUCT.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED OUR ORECK VACUUM A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO. NOW THEY HAVE THIS NEW LOCATION OFF OF ROUTE 256 BETWEEN PICKERINGTON AND REYNOLDSBURG. THE ONE THING THAT IS HARD FOR ME TO REMEMBER IS THAT IT NEEDS MAINTENANCE JUST LIKE YOUR LAWN MOWER OR CAR. WE HAVE A CAT AND A DOG AND WENT THROUGH 3 VACUUMS IN 4 YEARS WITH ALL THE HAIR. IT PICKS IT UP IN JUST ONE PUSH, SO YOU DO LESS WORK TIME!
