They are reliable ,trustworthy and effective. They spray mosquito and it takes down few seconds . The cost is has been only my complain

Great. I get an e-mail and phone call before they arrive. Very friendly and helpful company. I think they are reasonably priced for the comfort I get to work and be outside mosquito free.

I contracted with Mosquito Joe to spray our yard with a natural mosquito repellent. This spray must have 24-48 hours of dry weather in order to be effective. They came to spray on a rainy day, and it rained within an hour of application. I called and left a message that the spray did not perform as advertised due to the wet weather. No one returned my call. About a week later someone showed up, saying he was there in response to my call and was respraying. This time the spray was moderately effective, but not enough for me to continue the service. I received an invoice with a charge for two sprays. I returned it with payment for the one spray, and a note to explain why I was not paying for the second. Since then, despite numerous emails, and phone calls, I continue to receive invoices for the second spray. Mosquito Joe is entirely unprofessional and unresponsive to their customers.
