We had a back porch that was on a concrete slab covered with a shingled roof and decided to enclose it to make a three season room. Because the concrete slab has no footer it was too expensive to pour a footer in order to have glass windows installed. We saw the Weather Master Vertical Window System at the Columbus Home and Garden Show. We were impressed with the product and because it used vinyl in the windows rather than glass no footer was needed. We entered into a contract to enclose our 13ft by 23ft porch and after the product was manufactured (about 4 weeks later) the system was installed. A father and son team (John and John Jr.) did the installation. They worked all day on a Saturday and finished up on Sunday which was a surprise to me. They did a fabulous job! I found them to be hard workers who worked and did not waster time standing around talking. John Sr. is a perfectionist and it showed in his work. They cleaned up afterwards and left me with no mess. I would recommend this vendor and product to anyone who is interested in enclosing their porch.

The job took 2 half days to complete and we are very satisfied. In our opinion it was a job well done.
Description of Work: We had our screened in patio changed to a 3 seasoned room with the vinyl panels that move up and down through Mid Ohio Patio. It took about 4 weeks from the order date to the install date. The installers were great. The trim was taken off the outside of room and the windows installed. We then had them put the trim back on which the installers had to modify to fit the windows. This step is very important because It really finished it so that it looks great.

I saw them at the state fair. They didn't do a good job for me. They didn't complete the trims. The door was tight and it was sagging and I asked them to come back. They took forever to get it done. They were vinyl windows with screens.
Description of Work: We used Mid Ohio Patio Rooms to put windows on a three season room.
