Anthony removed the very old 1970s dishwasher, which was bolted to long legs and trapped under the counter because the floor had been raised over the decades. He had to saw through the steel legs in order to pull it out. He installed a new dishwasher and replaced the old shutoff valve under the sink and hauled the old dishwasher to the sidewalk for garbage collection. He was punctual, very courteous and very efficient and the price was very reasonable in view of the awkward removal.

It went very well. Called the office around 8:30 am for appointment and by 10:00 am the problem was fixed. Wiring connections were causing water heater not to heat properly, this was corrected during service call and now heater is working properly.

He fixed both leakes. He arrived on time and was very professional. He seemed to show good judgement.

Unlike other plumbers I have experienced in the past, Tony Macon was very communicative and showed up on time. He assessed the problem, told me what he wold like to do to fix the issue, and asked for my permission to proceed. I gave permission, and within 20 minutes, Tony had fixed a rotted out T-piece in a cast iron pipe with a new PVC & rubber T-joint. He knew exactly what he was doing, he had the necessary parts on hand, and he professionally fixed the issue within 30 minutes for a price that was more than fair. Next time I have any plumbing needs, Tony Macon will be the first call I make.
