The entire appointment went very well. He was on time and very professional. He has tremendous experience in this field and you can kind of figure it out when interacting.

Awesome. We have saved so much money...no cable bill and great antenna reception. Everyone who comes over loves how the cords are all "hidden." Tim works incredibly fast...I think he broke a sweat.

After we moved, owner of house we rented wanted satellite dish removed from the roof. Satellite service provider would not remove it because we had already cancelled the service... and because the home owner had signed an agreement stating that, after installed, the dish was part of the property and would be left installed (but that's another story!). Checked Angie's List and called Felix Electronics to see if they would remove the dish. They were courteous and helpful right from the start. They described the work and provided an estimate. I agreed and they scheduled the removal for the next day. Quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I would definitely use Felix again and would recommend them to anyone needing service.

Excellent... I discussed my needs with his wife (office asst.), Jenny, who is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Tim arrived on time, performed the work excellently and with a great attitude. Nothing is too hard or complex for him. He always has creative ideas and knows how to put them into practice to get the most for my money. He is very trustworthy. I have used his service several times and have referred mutliple friends and family members to him. I wouldn't consider letting anyone else work on my Dish Satellite or TVs. I also don't call the DISH 800 number anymore because the few times I tried, they made a mess of my system by their instructions. I call Tim or Jenny and they help over the phone since I'm a customer. He also works for Direct TV if that is your need. He is the most knowledgeable person about TV and audio electronics that I know.

I had an "emergency" when a contractor accidentally cut my buried satellite cable. I had football party planned for Sunday and there was no way DirectTV could get anyone here for a week. I contacted Tim and he came out on new years eve to get me up and running. Tim suggested a better location for the dish (attached to the house), so that all of the cabling would be inside the house.He moved the dish and ran all new cabling to get the dish up and running in less than three hours. I am extremely pleased with Tim's work and would recommend him to anyone

Our experience could not have gone better. After setting the appointment, he called a day in advance to confirm the appointment. He called the morning of the appointment to give me an approximate arrival time. He spent several hours setting up our new service. He explained in great detail how to use the new HD DVR and suggested areas where we may want to improve the system by running a HDMI cable to a second room to improve the picture. After a lightning strike at our home, I have worked with many people in the service industry including electricians, chimney repair personnel, and many others. Tim Felix is the most professional person I have worked with in any service industry. I could not recommend anyone more highly. Thank you Tim!

Tim, the installer and owner, was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. He gave very helpful advice to all of my questions.

I cannot say enough good things about Felix Electronics. Tim came to my home and we discussed the options for connecting all my TVs to a satellite. He also recommended installing a HD antenna in the attic. This antenna picks up local channels and the picture is much better than cable (the satellite picture is too!). He spent several hours connecting each TV and making sure that I understood how the remote worked and how to record programs. One of the receivers was not picking up a local channel so he came back and installed a new one. He also connected my DVD player and my speakers to the satellite. He is very concern about customer satisfaction and he takes the time to do the job right. If you want a satellite installed right contact Tim, you won't be sorry.

Rather than providing me a four hour window in which they did not show up, Felix Electronics gave me a 30 minute window, arrived on time and called my 30 minutes early to tell me he was on the way. That alone should earn these folks a Nobel Prize. Tim noted that my satellite was not properly placed and relocated it from a first floor overhang to the roof of my two story house. The prior installer told me that DirecTV prohibited such installations although I see them all over my neighborhood. Tim then tested my wiring, determined the multi switch the other company had installed was defective and replaced it. I have great reception, and no additional problems. Wish I'd started with Felix to begin with. You should.

We originally purchased a channel package from a competing television service web site over the Labor Day weekend. We did not get even a phone call to schedule the install as the company's rep promised within 72 hours. When I called, it would have been over 8 weeks for the install date. So I cancelled that service and wound up calling Felix electronics instead. We did not wind up with the same channels, but the price for this company is much more reasonable and there is still a lot of football to be seen. Tim put in all of the time allotted to make sure all was installed correctly. Since the install, we have called twice with questions and to clear up minor glitches. We understand this is a small business which does not have 24x7 phone coverage, however the customer service is first rate and our problems were cleared up over the phone. They provide one year of coverage that saved us purchasing an extra warranty. I would call them again for installing any TV service.

I was very impressed and pleased with Felix Electronics. From my initial call of inquiring whether they could do the job I wanted, to the actual service performed by Deon, the service tech,they were professional, kind, and helpful. They were prompt, mindful of my property, and efficient. They were helpful in resetting all my equipment after the wiring was complete and making sure everything worked properly. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Tim showed up right on time. He was very thorough and cut no corners. He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to troubleshoot all of our problems effectively. I would definitely hire this company again. He was very responsive, helpful and polite. I was also very pleased with the low price of a basic service call.

Tim and Jenny are a husband-wife team that has been around for over 5 years and sells both Directv and Dish Network services. Due to storm damage, my dish was out of whack (certain that's not the technical term). Tim came out as scheduled, was prompt, and had my system up and working again in no time. They are local and know what to fix without overcharging and they'll also be in business next year if you need anything.

Very positive. Tim worked us into his schedule on a Saturday afternoon, and was extremely thorough and went above and beyond in everything he touched. I highly recommend him.

Tim did excellent work. The parts are small enough for me to haul to a recycler. e arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion. I also received a credit for some electronic parts he will use as spare parts in his business.

Tim was on time, friendly and courteous, very knowledgeable, technically sound, and didn't leave until I understood all particulars of the remote functions that operate my av system. Since then, he has given me access to his personal cell phone so that I might call him should situations occur where I have forgotten how to do what I want to do. In EACH instance he was able to handle my questions over the phone, thereby doing away with what might have been a service call. I have recommended Tim to 4 other people who have become customers of his, and who are now well satisfied with the work he performed. Twice, once with Warner cable and once with direct TV, Tim was able to solve an unusual request that the customer was told couldn't be done by them. He is creative with his solutions and SOLVES PROBLEMS while doing basic installations. We are buying a new home, and Tim will be there to set my av system up as it should be done. I highly recommend Tim to anyone needing service for av!

VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL. POLITE SERVICES. CHANGE THE SCHEDULE TIME AT LAST MINUTE DUE TO SOME DELAY FOR THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER. NOT A BIG DEAL BECAUSE HE GIVES ME A CALL RIGHT A WAY AND RE-SCHEDULES THE NEXT DAY EARLY MORNING TO CATCH UP TIME. THAT'S A GOOD FIX!

HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH TIM. NOT ONLY DOES HE DO AN EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL INSTALL, HE EVEN NOTICED THAT THE GROUND TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE WAS SEVERED. HE FIXED IT FOR US, FOR NO CHARGE AND GAVE ME SOME EXTRA CABLES AT NO CHARGE, AS WELL. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY, CLEANED UP HIS OWN WORK AND MESS, I WILL CALL HIM FOR ALL OF OUR SATELLITE WORK.

WHEN I ASKED HER ABOUT WHY SHE WAS BEING SO RUDE AND DEFENSIVE, SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS UPSET BY THE WAY THAT SHE FELT MY HUSBAND HAD SPOKEN TO HER ON THE PHONE. ALL HE DID WAS TO ASK HER WHERE THEY WERE, WHEN THEY WERE COMING OUT, AND WHY THE COMPANY HADN'T CALLED US. SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS UPSET ABOUT HIS ASKING WHY THEY HADN'T CALLED. HER COMBATIVENESS, DEFENSIVENESS, AND CAVALIER ATTITUDE CAUSED ME TO GO FROM MILDLY FRUSTRATED TO BEING REALLY IRRITATED. AFTER SHE INTERRUPTED ME SEVERAL TIMES, I ASKED HER TO STOP INTERRUPTING ME AND TO LET ME FINISH. SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO TAKE THAT FROM ME. AFTER THAT, I TOLD HER THAT SHE COULD CANCEL OUR APPOINTMENT. THIS COMPANY WAS LATE, RUDE, DEFENSIVE, AND NASTY. WE ASKED LEGITIMATE QUESTIONS AND WERE VERY CALM WITH THEM, AT FIRST. THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND RAPPORT. ESSENTIALLY, THE COMPANY ESCALATED OUR FRUSTRATION BY ITS RUDENESS.
