Enviroquest

We replaced our old furnace with a geothermal model. We love it. The technology is great. It's quiet and efficient. The Enviroquest guys did a good job. We did have to wait almost 4 months for them to start, just because they have so much work. My only complaints, which don't color my positive view of their product, is that the project took a week or so longer than anticipated, they had to rip up more of my yard than they had planned due to heavy rain, and they didn't really do a good job replacing the drywall they had to remove to run the lines in the basement. Oh, and they forgot to tell me where the filter in my furnace is, and I can't for the life of me figure it out. My heating and cooling bill has been cut by at least $200 a month since I got this furnace.

The project went better than expected. Initially EnviroQuest was difficult to contact as the voice mail system was full and I was unable to leave a message. It was also difficult to get reference on EnviroQuest as there were no reports on Angie s List and they were not a member of the BBB. However, they did provide the names of four references; two of which I contacted. Both references were satisfied with EnviroQuest and recommended them. The operations personnel (Alana and Patrick) were quite helpful and kept me updated on all phases of the project. During the contract phase they were willing to put things in writing. The installation people were courteous, always wore shoe covers in the house and cleaned the work-site. After the installation they scheduled a start-up, walk-through and building permit inspection. Follow-up was the best of any company I have every worked with.
