I had my patio done and it was suppose to cost $2000.00. I told them that I had a coupon for $100.00 instead of taking the money off my bill they added it to it and charged me $2100.00. I thought they did good work, but I am very disappointed with the over charge. I specifically told him I had a coupon from Angie's List.

While I was a little nervous at the outset of the project with respect to whether or not I had selected the right contractor, I was soon reassured. Dan Few and his team did a remarkable job on our driveway. Dan had a vision for this project from the beginning that not even I, as the owner of the property, had. He made tactful recommendations and inched me along until I saw what he saw. But not only does Dan have vision, he is also highly skilled and well connected in getting the job done. He is a consummate professional at laying concrete. At all times, he and his team treated me, my family and our property with respect, always polite, careful, neat and efficient in executing their work. When the unanticipated issue with the outdoor plumbing came up, Dan worked with me to get it resolved quickly. He has made several helpful recommendations with respect getting fill dirt to smooth the grades off of the driveway. He was very helpful on the telephone when I was attempting to do an apples-to-apples comparison of the competing estimates, helping me to understand the issues involved. Dan was also good at letting me know what to expect with respect to the schedule for the project. Because of the size of the driveway and the vagaries of the weather, the project took 2.5 weeks to complete, but Dan always kept me informed about what his plans were based on the weather forecast. I highly recommend Dan for any concrete projects. I could not be more pleased with the work he did for us.

On time, price was good and the job was excellent. I would use them again.

Dan and crew arrived early on day work was to be performed. All work was done as stated plus a little extra. Would recommend him to anyone wanting concrete work done.

I liked the head of the company. When he came for the estimate he was personable and helpful. We didn't work with them due to the price.

As a retiree, and having some experience many years ago, I watched the entire process with a critical eye. Hey, its a lot of money out of a retiree's budget. I was very pleased with the quality of work performed. I have had several people in the neighborhood stop by to get his name. One just last week. I had 3 bids on the work, and all 3 came within a $250 range. Dan was in the middle. The lower bid was from someone that did not have a long track record. Two neighbors have had their driveways replaced by other contractors since Dan worked on mine. I may be biased, but my drive looks better. Guess that's why people are still stopping by and asking for his name. One thing that stuck out... The curb had to be inspected by the city prior to pouring. The inspector came at lunch, when Dan and crew were gone. I was impressed when the inspector said he knew Dan's work and that people like Dan make his job easier. So, yes I was very pleased, and a year later, continue to be pleased. No buyers remorse here. I will need the cement replaced in my garage floor in the near future, and I plan on giving Dan a call.

Dan and his crew are really nice men, personable, and it was a pleasure to have them doing our job. They arrived on time and tidied up totally after the job, too. Dan even made a surprise garden "rock" for us with a tad of leftover concrete - it's a nice rounded size with a flat side on which he inscribed our last name and house number. It was a nice touch. FYI, we also had other estimates beforehand, including asphalt, and we were very glad to know that our fine work was only a few hundred dollars more than using that product.

We didn't use them. Everything went fine and we decided against concrete. He was very, very helpful and very nice. He was responsive and on time.

I think they did a great job. They were professional. They were considerate of my landscaping while doing the work. They gave me good advice regarding the concreting process. Their price was probably a little high, but it was okay with me. They were very responsive and very punctual.

Started when they promised, kept the job site picked up and kept neighborhood disruptions to a minimum. The owner works with his crew and keeps things moving right along and makes sure all preprapations are done correctly. We are very satisfied with the result and would not hesitate to use or recommend them again.

Dan was responsive to our request and price was competitive. He moved in with his crew and completed the work in one day including cleanup and curing compound on new concrete. Finished the surface with a nice light broom finish. He was able to make good decisions about elevations, thicknesses, slopes for the new patio slab without my presence. However, his decision about the final elevation of the 4' section of sidewalk at the front door was a little faulty in that the blacktop drive that went in later had to be a little higher than the sidewalk thereby creating a small non-draining area. But not a big problem. Overall... very satisfactory job.

They did a great job. They were on time and did what they said they would do. Their price was the same as their estimate.

He came out to estimate and was to aggressive in sales and price. Basicly, he made me feel like all he wanted to do is make money off me. I am an elderly and felt he was taking advantage.

I CALLED DAN BECAUSE I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE DRIVEWAY HE REPLACED FOR A NEIGHBOR. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK. HE CAUTIONED HE NEEDED TO REPLACE ABOUT A FOOT OF MY ASPHALT DRIVEWAY BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO THE ASPHALT (FROM REMOVING SIDEWALK IT COULD REST UPON.) I WAS CLEAR I DIDN'T WANT A FOOT OF CONCRETE DRIVEWAY, AND ONCE HE UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WANTED HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO DO EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, AND HE DID A VERY HIGH QUALITY JOB. MY NEIGHBOR FLAGGED HIM DOWN THE SAME DAY AND HE ACCOMMODATED HER AS WELL. MY ONLY CONCERN WAS THAT HIS SCHEDULE WAS SO FULL I HAD TO WAIT ABOUT A MONTH FOR A SERVICE DATE.

FINISH WORK WAS NOT QUITE UP TO PAR.

VERY IMPRESSED BY HIS WORK & THE WORK OF HIS 3 WORKERS.
