Bozman Plumbing

I called Bozman on Monday, 6.20.11, to have them give me an estimate. Jason was able to come out Tuesday morning and provided me an estimate that afternoon. He was very prompt and professional, and let me know that the he over-quoted me because there was no way to know the exact repairs needed until they started work. After seeing the quote, I decided to move forward and he was able to squeeze me in for work that Thursday. They were done by noon that day and the final cost was about 67% of the original estimate. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Bozman for any future plumbing needs.

They came on time and completed the work in two and a half hours. The job was done right, completed quickly and with professionlism. I've used Bozman Plumbing before and would use them again.

I have determined not to do anything at this point.

They were responsive and helpful. They had integrity because they told us that they would recommend somebody else.

Mike called to say he'd be at my home within a half hour. He was on time, even a bit early, which was fine with me. He introduced himself and I showed him the leaky showerhead in the downstairs bath. As he dismantled the control and removed the cartridge, he explained everything he was doing; he showed me the problem with the cartridge and why it needed replacing. He said he had one that would fit my fixture and installed it promptly and properly. Afterward, he checked to verify that the head was no longer dripping/leaking; he cleaned the mineral deposits off the flow restrictor in the showerhead, then rechecked again for leakage. It was fine. It is working great and I am satisfied. Mike completed the job to my total satisfaction. I was very happy with the bill for the installation of the new cartridge; it was a lot lower than I'd thought it would be! I like to watch repairs as they are made. Mike is very personable, and didn't seem to mind if I asked questions. I will definitely call Bozman the next time I need a plumber.

The last time around, I used them to fix my garbage disposal unit. They are very good, and I have had excellent service from them. Their response time is almost immediate. I can always depend on them to come at a moment's notice practically. They are very cordial and professional. They explain what is wrong, and if it is some error on my part, they will give me hints as to how not to have that problem happen again. I think their price is very reasonable. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Never used a plumber before so I was aphrensive about the cost. Had a bath liner installed in 1999 so they could not give me an estimate over the phone but went over in detail the charges such as cost for service call and hourly rate. I am in the process of selling my house so I needed repaired promptly with a minimum of disruption in the process. Did a very good job.

They were really nice, but the problem wasn't fixed. We couldn't figure out what the problem was. They did everything they could. They looked all over the place, and we couldn't get it to leak again. It wasn't anything that they did wrong.

I have used them before. I spent about $138. I am very pleased with their work. They are very efficient and are great for home plumbing repairs.

Bozman has a guy named Mike who works for them that we always request. They are superb. They are responsive, have know-how and money saving advice. They are not just in it for the money, they really helped me out. We recommend them to other people and they are our first line of help we seek when we have plumbing issues. I would tell people to not call anyone else. They are very good and not a huge company. They understand their clientele. We have seen them about once or twice a year over the past 10 years.

Bozman was a pleasure to work with. The woman who runs the office was very helpful and informative. She called me back within a few hours of leaving a message. Previously I had been trying to use Water Heaters Plus which was Home Depot's contracted installer, but after 6 weeks I could not get a return call or email from them after multiple tries. Plus their quote for exact same thing was $370! I found Bozman on Angie's List. It was my second choice, and when the first choice said they don't cover Reynoldsburg and recommended Bozman, I called them. What a difference in customer service. When I said I had already purchased the water heater, she gave me options on transporting it. I ended up doing it myself in a borrowed truck which saved me $70, due to her suggestion. HD loaded it, and Bozman guys got it off the bed. If I had to do it over again, I would have just purchased the product through Bozman, but I already had the gift cards from Giant Eagle and so was stuck buying it from HD. When the plumbers arrived, they actually told me that the leak was a problem with the something like a pump primer and that I didn't need to replace the heater. I thought that was very honest of them. It would only have cost $100 to fix that. But because everyone else in the condo units had already had their heaters replaced and we knew it was going to soon be bad, we opted to replace anyway. (This was all actually for my elderly aunt, and it was just easier for everyone to have it done right then than fool with it later). So they went ahead and replaced it, were tidy, quiet, easy to deal with. I am really glad I dropped Water Heaters Plus and got Bozman.

They were very good. They came right away, worked quickly, diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue, and were competitively priced.

They showed up as scheduled and took care to clean up most of their messes. We had to clean out between the floor joists before we had the new floor installed. They did accidentally saw through the wall when they were trying to remove a pipe. They were prompt to come back as soon as we got the new floor installed. Start to finish the entire project took almost 3 weeks. Fortunately, we have a small bathroom on the ground floor.

They replaced the portion of the stack that was accessible from the basement and replaced the laundry tub. We have a very old house and they avoided any potential problems on a difficult repair.

It was a great experience. They were fast, professional and got the job done as promised. Any one that has had a problem with waking up to no hot water knows what a Godsend it is to get the problem repaired without delay.

Noticed a large water stain on the ceiling of our lower level family room. On closer inspection we noticed that a water stain was also on the main level family room ceiling under the master bath shower. Contacted Bozman Plumbing to set up an appointment (they were recommended by my brother that used them for a similar problem) to see what was causing the leakage. Donna scheduled our appointment to be the first one of the day, which worked out well in that I was able to go to work without taking the day off. Mike arrived at 0700 proceeded to inspect the shower and view the water stains. He determained that the cause was most likely the strainer. Mike took care is cutting the hole that was necessary to access the leaking strainer, in that it was located in our main family room. He completed the work and cleaned the area as if it was his home. He also check all of our water valves and tighten them as necessary (he repair a faucet leak also). This work was done in 2 hrs and 15 minutes. We still have to get the ceiling repaired, I will be contacting Donna to see who they recommend.

The man that came out was very professional. We had a little problem. My shut-off valve wasn't working so they had to go out on the street in order to turn off the water. They could not get the water turned off the street so they called the city water company. The city came out, cleared out the trap where the shut-off valve is and they came back today and finished the job. They were exactly here when I wanted them, the time I wanted them, and the date I wanted them. Everything was perfect. The price was a little bit lower than what I thought it would be with all the work he had to do to disconnect the whole plumbing system and re-hook it up. I thought it was going to a lot more than what it was. The quality was good and the man just did a fantastic job. He was very responsive. I told him exactly when I wanted him out here and what time and he was out here on that day and at that time. I would definitely use them if I needed them.

The woman I spoke to was awfully nice and I liked the guys that worked on it. They showed up on time and it was pretty much a perfect transaction. I had them come for follow-up work and they were prompt. I consider them my plumbing company now.

The same service man comes all the time. He is very good. He explains everything. He is articulate and professional. He could tell me off the top of his head much work we need to do and at what price. I was very impressed.

I called him and he came over 2 days later. He fixed 3 pretty major leaks. I was at work, but I came home and everything was the way that I wanted it.

They came out and took care of the water heater issue the first time. It happened again and they came right out again. Then I had a plumbing issue, they came out and fixed this for me too. They have been great.

Excellent overall. On time, work done within estimate, very professional, courteous and outstanding follow up. Had minimal leak few days later, they returned immediately to fix. Coming out during Thanksgiving holiday season, even though it was not major or causing any damage (slight drip in unfinished basement area, just used bucket until they arrived.) The leak was caused by faulty valves, not an installation issue and again immediately replaced during holiday season.
