Description of Work: I do not remember the date of the last time I have had a plumbing issue, however,Bozman is the only plumber I use. I have used them for a variety of services for a number of years; toilet repair, tub repair, drain issues, etc. and they have always been satisfied. I feel they are trustworthy and have found their prices to be fair.

Description of Work: IYesterday one of my toilets became clogged. i called and left a message for Bozman. I have used them before. This was Sunday afternoon. Today at 7:10 AM Bozman called and said that someone would be there between 9-12 Noon. At 9:20 Am , the doorbell rang and the repair person was there. He was polite, took a look at the situation, and repaired the blockage. Ina ll, the call lasted no more that 15-20 minutes. very professional, punctual and affordable. I would use them again for any and all of plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Would not use them again. He showed up exactly one hour late. I should have fired him on the spot in the first 5 minutes, but I had a follow on job that required gas line now. Was in agreement over the phone that black pipe would be installed, but he forced flex pipe on me when he showed up. Said it was faster and cheaper. I could not persuade him to install black pipe. My house has black pipe for the furnace and water heater and copper for water lines. I will have black pipe installed in the near future by someone else. Lesson learned! It won't happen again!

Description of Work: I had some drainage issues with the kitchen sink and dishwasher. So bad that water was coming up the drain for the dishwasher and flooding my basement. The repairman fixed the drainage issue and said he had not seen a drain that bad in years! Before he left he fixed my dishwasher too. I had not used the dishwasher for years because I thought it would cost too much to fix...he did it for free!!! My parents have used Bozman for many years and I can honestly say, I too will use them for all my plumbing issues. Luckily this was my first plumbing problem, not to be my last, but I will always use Bozman.

Description of Work: I was interested in a tankless water heater. Donna spoke to me for at least 30 min and gave me lots of pros and cons regarding them. She also answered questions I had regarding noise from my current water heater. Her information was invaluable and in the end, I decided against the tankless type. I was impressed with her forthright info and the fact that she did not try to sell me a very expensive item I thought I needed. I think I will use them in the future based on this experience.
