Bozman Plumbing

Called the company to clear out a stopped up drain line and was told I would receive a call back to schedule. I called back about 6 hours later and they said the needed to check with their sub consultant. They were able to come out the next day. The crew showed up about 10 minutes late but got to work right away. The cleared the drain in 5 minutes and started to clean up. They explained what they found and ways to avoid it in the future.

He did fine-I just thought he was a little pricey for the work done, but my husband paid for it and he was happy with the deal.

Was not able to find issue.

When he was ready to leave asked him when to expect an estimate. He said it was fixed and a bill would follow. I received the bill a couple days ago. I am pleased. I live on Social Security and a very small pension. I do not plan on living in this house too much longer. this and quot;quick fixand quot; suits my needs best. We have not seen any further leaks.

Arrived on time, checked out the outdoor spigot, told me it needed one and flushed out the line when it was replaced. The kitchen sink sprayer had a leak in the hose and water had run into the cabinet below. He thoroughly checked that out, told me it would be cheaper to put in a new facet kit. Called for someone to bring the kit and had it installed in no time. What an improvement over what we had before. No leaks, no problems! Very efficient and would highly recommend.

They fixed it in a short period of time. But they were 1.5 hours late! The repair man did not apologize and he was not that friendly

Bozeman did a great job will call them again if needed. Very professional.

I would highly recommend them as they are reliable, friendly, and are also very good with estimates and planning. There were some questions about sizing and they asked me to take a picture and email so we could make sure that the fixture was going to be appropriate before even coming out. The workers are friendly, clean, and do not waste time.

Rick came out and we ran some water from the 2nd floor to see if it would leak, but since it was intermittent it of course didn't leak when we needed it to. He was not sure he wanted to cut the wall to find out, but he had a suspicion of where it might be coming from due to a screw/nail hole that was patched on the wall. He cut the wall and found there was a tiny screw hole in the drain pipe which was the source of our intermittent leak. He temporarily blocked the hole with plumbers putty and came back 2 days later to repair the hole with a repair coupling and it hasn't leaked since! Bozman also referred us to a good drywall wall guy we could call to have the wall fixed.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a repair oriented company. I even told Bozman Plumbing when I set the appt. up if something came up and they had to cancel, it was no big deal. Just let me know. I work nights. I specifically stayed up and waited for a plumber from Bozman Plumbing. I don't think a phone call is too much to ask. Bozman Plumbing provided the worst customer service I have had in a long time. I was flabbergasted with the poor response they had with dealing with bad weather. You would think it never snowed in Ohio. All it would have taken is one phone call. If they would have called and said they needed to reschedule due to the bad weather, I would have said no problem. As it is, they lost a customer.

Bozman did a good job and we would use them again. The price they charged us was less than the estimate, which was a pleasent surprise.

Dealing with a plumbing issue is never easy and and quot;Rickand quot; made this experience as smooth as possible. We moved into a 50 year old home and had three issues, a leak under our sink, an outdoor bib that was not functional and a rusted shot-off valve. Never have I had a company come into my home and try to fix something first so it would not cost us money but that is what he did. The shut-off valve was an easy remedy. The outside bib was just shot and therefore he had to replace it. The leak under my kitchen sink was due to my garbage disposal which he replaced promptly. Would I recommend this company again, well lets say I welcomed Rick into my family because if we have ANY plumbing issues, this is who we will call.

It went very well. Mike uses quality products that he would use in his own home. He is an outstanding plumber and I really value this firm.

I live in Florida but have rental properties in Columbus. I use Bozman Plumbing for all plumbing problems.They are prompt, professionaland do a wonderful job. The water heater was repaired. I can't recommend this company highly enough. They always do a wonderful and contact me long distance with what the problem is and how they are going to fix it.

David Lumpkin is the technican that we call for services. He has worked for us several times. He is very responsive and comes out immediately. We are extremely happy with this services.

They call a few minutes before they arrive. They are very courteous and competent. They are all just excellent servicemen to be around. I have been using them for a few years now and they are always honest with me and do good work. Their prices are reasonable.

Wonderful. I sent Bozman a item list and they came back with a quote somewhere in the mid $300's. The guy came out first thing and found that there wasn't actually as much to do as they thought. The bill ended up being somewhere just south of $200. They could have taken the easy opportunity to get some extra money out of the job but instead charged only for the services provided. I wish all vendors would be this honest! Great experience.

Donna at the office was extremely helpful and was able to get someone to my house the same day. the plumber came on time and completed the job quickly. I have used them before many times and will continue to use this company. They're always professional, helpful and provide all the information I ask for.

Everything went ok. My appointment was for 8am, but they didn't arrive until 8:53 am. They were courteous. The only thing I didn't like was that they original had two men, the one that drop off the water tank, helped to do a few little things to get the tank ready for installation, then he left, which left the other one person to install it., so when this person had to make adjustments to locate the water tank in the right position to line it up with water pipes, he had to move it by himself which he inadvertently kicked a dent into the new tank at the bottom. I don't think this will affect the function but just cosmetically I now have to look at a dent in my brand new water tank.

From start to finish these people were super. The job was done well and quickly. The people were caring and efficient. I know nothing about plumbing and yet these people made me feel comfortable - they were so caring and comforting. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done efficiently and timely.

Overall, it was a positive experience. They were very responsive and they made sure they called before they came.

The lady in the office is always very sensitive to urgent vs. semi-urgent situations and tries to get someone scheduled as quickly as possible. I called at 6P and she had someone at my mother's home by the next morning.

She asked me to give her all the information and she could tell me how old it was because I didn't remember. I spoke to her briefly over the phone. She gave me an estimate and a lot of good information. It was very, very good. She said they could definitely help me out in the future if I needed. They haven't come out or done any work, but I would use them. They are just very nice people.

We had a suspected shower leak in an upstairs bathroom that's stained kitchen ceiling. Bozman came in and cut three squares in our kitchen ceiling to evaluate problem. Turns out to be the shower's seat and door causing the problem and not a drain leak as suspected initially. Took the time to label/number ceiling squares for whomever we have replace them. Didn't charge an exorbitant price, but did give us an honest, thorough evaluation of our problem.
