+ -1 moreWe were pleased with the price, as well as the plumbing service provided by Bozman. They are easy to work with and we feel they are very reliable in sales and service. We have used them for most of our plumbing needs and have never been unhappy with their service.
Description of Work: Bozman installed a new water heater and removed the old. The price included the water heater, installation and removal of old heater. A senior discount was included.

+ -1 moreThe leak in our tank had caused damage to phone lines and we needed service done quickly. Another company we spoke with tried to rip us off because of our emergency situation. Bozman did not. They charged less than half what the other company was charging. They were quick and professional and provided quality service. We will use them all of the time in the future.

Since there was a minimum service call charge anyways, and to fix the problem took a minimal amount of time, they checked the other toilets, and replaced worn out parts to help avoid another service call in the near future. Very pleasant when calling and scheduling. Plumber was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done; very neat and cleaned up thoroughly. Would definitely use them for future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Fixed toilet that had water running constantly (causing a high water bill), and checked and repaired other 2 toilets.

+ -1 moreMike, the plumber, and Danny, his helper, are very good and very fast at what they do. They reported for work on time and worked constantly up until quitting time. We had to halt the work because we have to catch up with them. Currently the downstairs shower is roughed in waiting for us to install the surround and install a new finished floor. The upstairs bathroom is all roughed in waiting for us to install part of the sub-floor which we had to rip up so that they could get to the a leak. We also need to install a finished floor there before calling them back. All plumbing in that area is roughed in. They say they have about a half day left and the job will be finished. They are waiting on us. They cleaned up after themselves were courteous and professional. We would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: Located and repaired two supply line leaks. Removed old galvanized pipe, plastic pipe and unused copper pipe. Replaced faucets on two bathroom sink vanities, set shower base in concrete, replaced faucet in shower stall, installed new faucet in kitchen sink, ran new cold water copper line to second floor bathroom, hooked up new hot water tank. Re-set first floor toilet as it had a slight waste leak. Ran new supply lines to washer and installed a new wash tub in the laundry area. Also installed new copper pipe on customer side of water meter and installed new frost proof hose bib. Above price includes labor for plumber and his helper for two full days, two bathroom vanity faucets, shower faucet, pipe, elbows, tees and misc. pipes, a new frost proof hose bib, faucets for washer and laundry tub with faucet. We supplied new kitchen faucet, shower base and shower surround.

THEY PUT IN THE PUMP BATTERY BACK UP, BUT DIDN'T PUT IN A NEW SUMP PUMP. IT MADE NO SENSE TO ME WHY THEY WOULD EVEN THINK OF DOING THAT. IT WAS RIGHT ON THE SERVICE TICKET AND IF I HADN'T ASKED THEY WOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY AND I WOULD HAVE NOT KNOWN ANY DIFFERENCE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS VERY UPSET. I CALLED DONNA AND SHE STRAIGHTENED IT FOR ME AND A NEW SUMP PUMP WAS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR.
